Registering to become a member of the YMCA was smooth and easy. The facility is clean with lots of exercise equipment. There are many activities posted on their calendar that will keep everyone entertained and stayed fit.

The attention and professionalism they gave me was excellent due to the good explanation and treatment towards me. I didn't think twice about joining the YMCA. Not everyone who sits in front of a desk to provide service and treat those who arrive well is few but this person with good charisma and responsibility with his work can do it. I don't remember his name but I can say that he has a lot of excellence

The bottom of the pool looks dirty. They should improve cleaning. The employees were friendly. The cost is reasonable.

My son did a couple weeks of summer camp and had lots of fun. He also took private swim lessons with Coach Gary who was a great. I watched my son go from being anxious about swimming, to loving it and jumping in on the deep end. Coach Gary's easy going attitude, as opposed to a stricter coaching style, is just what my son needed. I think he even shocked himself with some of the new swimming techniques he learned so quickly. The price was reasonable and they were very good about working with my schedule/ any weather complications.

Not going to lie the front desk and manager gave me a hard time at first with our swim voucher and honoring the 8 classes provided through insurance, BUT when John Lewis I believe, the director, looked into it, our classes were corrected for the value of the voucher.
The reason for the 5 star review is the amazing passionate women that instructed our special needs kids through some of the biggest milestones of their life. My eldest can now float despite his sensory issues with water on his face and my littlest is no longer scared of water. They were so patient with their special needs. And you can tell they love what they do. I understand some of the other reviews on here but it takes a long time and practice to learn to swim. Im more than happy with the outcome of our first 8 swim lessons and have signed them up for more through their scholarship.

This was our first time using YMCA for the swimming classes and I am glad we chose it. Mr. John is a great instructor and helped my son become more confident in the water and the basics of swimming. I highly recommend this place.

They will not give me a refund for classes my child never attended due to family emergency !!!!! I called multiple times to get my swimming classes refund, they told me to go in person, when I went in person they told me they will email me , and results that I will not be getting a refund for swimming lesson. I would never be coming back to this ymca and will very much be spreading the word in my neighborhood given that most of the people I know attend to the kids sports that the ymca offers because I advertise them since I work with kids and deal with lots of parents wanting to put their kids in sports .
