While doing groceries with my kids. I walked to see my vehicle having a flat tire. Once I made it home safe. I called Orlando Towing Specialist. Dispatcher was awesome and understanding. Dispatch Jessica and she was Amazing! Will like to give thanks to Jessica, how impressive and professional. Took great care of my vehicle and safely tow it to my mechanic shop. Great company and outstanding staff and highly experienced tow driver. I highly recommend Orlando Towing Specialist and for the top of the line Towing by Jessica. I was stuck on the side of the highway and a friend of mine gave me a number to call which they were busy in Tallahassee and they gave me this number Orlando towing specialist the female that answered the phone is amazing I am so happy that they gave me their number she actually came to the rescue and put my car in the flatbed and was kind and sweet and was just a good person in general I will always come back to them if I ever need a tow and if anybody ever needs a tow I will make sure that they call them immediately thank you so much for your kindness and your generosity it is greatly appreciated.
