I came to Orlando for vacation picked up a nail on the way. Tried to plug it but the plugs keep coming out . Called around found a place with the tire. They told me I would have to wait for three other vehicles to be done before they could put on one tire. I called around again and found these guys . I limped their and they took care of me IMMEDIATELY NO WAIT. So I could get back to my vacation. Took them like 15 minutes to change the tire and they patched other for me no charge. These guy were beyond fantastic. Also nice shop lifts tire machines and alignment rack. If Iived here this would be my tire shop of choosing. I would rate higher if a could!!!!!”

“I had an accident on the exit ramp of I-4 east bound that was a single lane/one way exit/ made it unsafe for me to stay with the vehicle, so EMTs dropped me off at a hotel very close by with my car keys. Originally, had called my insurance who sent for a towing company (won’t say the name) where the owner was very rude and did not understand that I could not meet and/or stay that the scene of the crash, and ev goodness you were sooo amazing- thanks also for hearing me vent, and event being patient with me and allowing me to get my belongings out, and even helping get them into my mom’s car! was very hostile and refused to send a driver to tow my vehicle (after informing myself and my insurance that they would).Thankfully, after that unfortunate incident (both the accident and rude original towing company); my insurance company was able to get you all’s company to help me. Edwin was the driver and I am just sooo blessed, thankful and overwhelmed with how amazing he was. I am sincerely grateful and sooo amazed by him and his work. He listened to me vent, and was very understanding of the situation: the crash site not being a safe location for me to stay, so he could obtain the keys for my car. He was patient with myself and allowed me to get my belongings out of my car, and even helped get them into my mom’s car!Just WOW! Sooo grateful. This man was truly Heaven sent. And, I am grateful for him being able to help me. And, I pray this review gets to the right person/ leadership and that you commend him on his amazing work! And, tell him to keep up the amazing work (as I know he will)! You guys are blessed and should be honored to have this man on staff!If he has not been promoted (if they’re is an ability for growth in your company); I pray that he does. “I took my Denali in to be checked for balancing of tires. The service worker inspected and told me it was not the balancing but that I needed 3 new tires because they were beginning to bubble and that I needed a front wind alignment. He informed me that he couldn't do it because they don't do alignments and didn't want me to purchase tires and not have an alignment. He pointed me to Pep Boys down the road. I appreciated the information because I was from out of state and needed to get this done before returning home. Keep up the good work and thank you for helping me!!”
