I am Veteran and today I went to open an account. My first time there they put me at the front counter in front of about 14 people and started asking for my personal info standing up no explanation about the account. I told them I have 4 different accounts and never been so disrespected like today no customer service and privice out the window I just walk out. I am EVP for large corporation if I get complain like this my branch manager will have to explain a lot

what’s the point of the ATM at this location , everytime i go to make a small deposit the ATM is full and gives me back my money .. THEN i have to go inside and wait in a LONG line after i have already been waiting at the ATM line. It does not help that they only have 2 bank tellers working the front desk !!!

This is by far the worse bank, I regret ever opening and account here. The staff at this location has no sense of urgency and the atm is never working.
Truly an inconvenience considering there are no branches near by ! Closing all my accounts here!

Well after being there for 2 hours just to pick up my check. staff was incredibly friendly, just no sense of urgency terribly slow, some employees sitting around not helping others for over 35 minutes. maybe they had other things to do place, wasn't that full should have went a lot faster ??♂️. Anyone can tell when a place doesn't seem to be concerned with their time.

Longest wait ever!!! Avoid if you need to sit down with a banker! & there was 3 branch leaders sitting in there office NOT attending to anyone as if there wasn’t 10 people waiting to be seen. Been here waiting for over an hour.

Yesterday, I had very poor experience at Kissimmee office. I needed some assistance with a new CD. Operator Madison was typing something for a long time. When asked, she said the system did not give her access. How can they let her serve clients? She was not trained to ask for help though the manager was sitting right across the hall. At the end, she did not even give me a summary of the certificate receipt until I reminded her. I was stuck there for two hours.
The line in the office was very long, and it moved slowly. No wonder people leave negative comments for this office.
I compared customer reviews of several Navy Federal Credit Union offices in Orlando area and found out this one has the worst rating of all.

Navy Federal is my recommendation for your banking institution if you qualify. This branch is always willing to serve its customers. Like all banks, you may have to wait a while if there are other customers ahead of you but once they are working with you, you have their full attention. I wish more businesses ran as smoothly as Navy Federal does.

Two big thumbs up to the staff here. Madison was exceptional. I had a number of concerns and she put my mind at rest. She has a nice kind way about her. I wish I could remember the nice man who served me when I picked up my cashiers check last Friday but he was also very nice and professional. He had glasses, middle aged who was friendly. I'm not sure what these other reviews are about but my experiences were first rate!!

Wish there were more locations like Davenport, Lakeland, and Clermont so that we wouldn't have to travel to this one. However, customer service here is excellent, pleasant, and helpful.

I went today March 20,2024. I was receiving from bank member Janice in Oceola parkway branch in Orlando ,the worst and very unprofessional service from bank member. I explain to her my mom don’t speak English if can I speak in Spanish she say you need to translate to her. When I explain in English the reason of my visit she say I can’t solve this here you have to call customer service ,not empathy to cooperate help or do a good customer service to us. She sounds to me with her attitude don’t like her job or what she was doing at all. My grand father, father , uncles serves in military. I never received in a past bad customer service with other bank members. She need to take good customer service class and refresh how to approach and be more empathetic with customers this is second time with different situations she take care and don’t know to do her job and don’t like it to do it well. That’s why I decided to write this comment today. I be as a profesional in bank for 12 years and retired ,I know how important is customer service and how important treating customer well.

We need more people like Tom Delarosso, he was a pleasure to speak with from the get go. I will say the gentleman at the door could be a bit more pleasant when greating their guests. But overall Tom was great. Very helpful, very good personality, and he seems to enjoy his job. Give that man a raise. He's awesome.
