It was a great pleasure working at the Modwash for almost a year! I truly miss my regulars that came in just to see me! You guys always made my day! That’s why Marie always made sure to make sure everyone’s day and experience from the moment you walked into the establishment to walked out of it exceptional. I just want to share with you all of the amazing reviews I found so far! You know something there where so many days I was slammed with vehicles at Paystation. Never had that time to really sit down and see them all. Honestly if I was not for poor management and drama at the carwash I would have never left! If it was not for me working hard for an agm position and getting skipped over by someone that never went through the steps to get the position. I would have stayed there!
I just left bc I needed something different! I had to chase my dreams and go for my goals! To be real being told there was no future past Keyholder position was a huge letdown! Being told that corporate would never allow for a woman to climb up into a higher position was the biggest reason I left! While working at Modwash I busted my axx off! Last year they had employees quitting on the spot and getting fired and it was just me. Saving the store time after time I got to a point I felt used! I’m sorry but I will never be someone’s puppet how Jonathan told me we are just the higher ups puppets . Guess what I’m not I took my stand head held high and left!
But with that being said this company needs a lot of work. Re evaluate their co values, re evaluate whom they promote. Put there employees first before feeding there pockets! Just so y’all know in my last weeks I was working at the Modwash I was homeless living in a Uhaul van single mother with 2 kids. And guess what I went into work and still smiled even tho life was falling apart for me! I came in with a swollen tooth and still gave it my all! I had 2 teeth removed came 1 day after ready to work. That right there is dedication and for what to get treated like trash! You know what your agm D text me! To learn to be a mom! That I don’t care about my kids all bc I had to bring to my kids to work. With me if not I lose my job as Keyholder. I went months having to hide my kids in the break room to be stabbed in the back later! I will never do this again! Take care and thank you all amazing regulars for such an incredible experience!

checked my reviews for no particular reason and seen I had a review for a car wash for a city I do not live in nor have I ever gone too. After reviewing the reviews it is very clear that at some point someone used my information and placed a fake review. This company is buying fake reviews. READ all the reviews you can see when they buy them as they will get a ton of perfect reviews all with the same format.

This is my third time changing car wash services. I haven't been with you for a month yet and I have no complaints about how the car looks after it comes out of the machine. What I can complain about is that in the last few weeks when I go through the unlimited members line, the gate never opens automatically and I have to wait for one of the employees to open it for me. The same thing happens to me when I go to leave. Please correct this problem so that your service can be rated as excellent.

Every time I come I have problems putting my car on the ramp to wash, the guys are nice, Isalina and the guys are good elements. I enjoy putting on my headphones and washing my car. Good job guys!!!
