“I am soooo late but I was having so much trouble transferring the eSIM from my original AT&T iPad to a replacement iPad from the insurance. I called AT&T 3x and everytime I was on the phone for OVER an hour and a half the second call was almost 4 hours. I was so exhausted because I only have iPads on my account no cellphone and of course AT &T makes it IMPOSSIBLE to do anything if you only have iPads. EVERYTIME THE REPS WOULD SAY I CAN NOT SEND THE CODE TO YOUR EMAIL only the device on the account. Apparently, that is NOT true. So if you get a rep on the phone that says that they ARE NOT doing their job correctly. The second time I called AT&T the rep had me verify my identity and I was approved but he said he still couldn’t transfer the eSIM. Like make it make sense. Anyway, I went to back to AT&T store a second time and if I was not able to transfer after this last desperate attempt I was literally going to cancel my service. BUT…..when I walked there was SHAY and she IMMEDIATELY handled it and sent a code to my email yes I said EMAIL and my ESIM was transferred FINALLY !!!!! Thank you so much for helping me I was so stressed trying to get this done. You did amazing and BIG SHOUT OUT TO SHAYYYYY ??. If you go to this AT&T ask for her cause she is the only one who knows how to do her job. Thank you again ! I am a satisfied customer ??”
