I was having a lot of issues with T-Mobile and he ported my son's number and mine. He transfered all apps, data, phone numbers, pictures and on top of that, he hooked us up with HBO Max and gave us a way better plan with truly unlimited data with no slow downs like I was experiencing with T-Mobile. Once again, this gentleman's customer service goes above and beyond of what I have ever experienced. Cricket haves a great acet with Mr. Matthew on board.??”

“When I went into get a new phone, Astrid was AMAZING! Made it so easy! ….. But when I returned to turn in my old phone for credit, I arrived right after opening on a Saturday and there was only one employee. There was only one customer in front of me, but they took an hour…. and there were 8 people waiting behind me. I feel sorry for those behind me. This store needs to do better with staffing. Losing money from turning people away, due to wait time. But once again… Astrid was amazing! Just wish she worked on Saturdays.”
