“Not sure why this BOA has so many poor reviews, my experience was far from poor. I set up my appointment from the UK and when I arrived the guys at the bank were well prepared and knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. I’ve been a customer since 2014 but rarely get the opportunity to go into a branch. I needed to set up a business account and it was effortless. Jennifer and the team were brilliant, very knowledgeable and very friendly.I was able to set up what I needed without fuss and I have no issues with using this branch again.Thanks Guys !!”

“I really don't know why the bad reviews. This branch is practically new because it was BB&T at another location. I've been there with tellers and with officers/officials (I don't know how you call those whom are in their office) as well and the customer service has been excellent.I understand sometimes there are issues, but it is technology's fault. For example: When Zelle decides to stop working, and when the third party once was taking the money that's been deposited through the ATM outside. Yeah, that was really messed up but is not the bank's fault so I'm not going to give them a bad review because of Zelle and their third party.”
“Navy Federal is my recommendation for your banking institution if you qualify. This branch is always willing to serve its customers. Like all banks, you may have to wait a while if there are other customers ahead of you but once they are working with you, you have their full attention. I wish more businesses ran as smoothly as Navy Federal does.”

“Lakisha Norris, Relationship Banker, at BOA on Osceola is amazing!! I went in with the intention of closing my business account after spending hours on the phone with customer service discussing overdraft fees that started in November with customer service. I have been with this bank for over 20 years and they just recently changed how they classify overdrafts and assigned fees and I was ready to switch. Ms. Norris completely changed my mind, she was knowledgeable and empathetic. She provided me a number of alternative banking options to preserve my business and avoid fees in the future. I left feeling validated and valued. We don't have solution yet, but she assured me she'd call me back when she has one! So impressed *smiling all the way FROM the bank*”

He was directed to the waiting area and asked to have a seat...there were only four chairs available and they were all occupied. I noticed that this area services a lot of people in the elderly population so I was surprised that thete were only four chairs in the waiting area. We were standing for about seven to ten minutes as other customers walked in. I initially signed in to express how disappointed I was in the fact that none of the workers took the time to offer one of the MANY chairs inside of the individual cubicles...and right before I began writing...the lady at the front desk who was greeting customers went to get two chairs for the those who were waiting...that took my review from a 1...to a 4!”
