Bad. The storage units are not adequately protected against rainfalls. They are not climate controlled but advertised as such. Water damaged all my electronics and musical instruments I stored there. They said insurance overage $3,000 but there is sublimit that would only cover up to $900 . This is bad business practice.

False advertising we reserved a 10×15 unit online for 170 a month when we get there unit has a broken door we ask if they have another 10×15 but it's more more money for it

We have been with Michigan Ave Storage for almost 4 years. My needs are always changing and they have been very accommodating. . I believe that in the last 2 years we have gradually moved from one short outside unit to a 20 x 45 inside unit and a 10 x 45 unit.
