The lady didn't understand english and she gave the wrong information! I told her my phone felt into water and since then my sim card and my phone do not work. She told me I have to bring the phone to verify!!! Like is she serious???

Worst Metro I have ever been too. Store manager Lazaro was rude! He wouldn’t even give me the higher managers phone number. All he wanted to do was talk slick to me! All they do at this store is try to hustle customers so they can get a sale. I been a customer with metro for over a decade, and this was the worst experience I have ever had! I am thinking about switching carriers. This was such a bad experience for my Husband that he switched to Straight Talk! This Metro store needs to learn manners, and to stop discriminating against Black customers, and also to stop being deceptive just to make a sale. Whomever the upper management is please respond and contact me, so this can be addressed!

I went into this location to make my phone bill payment due to the online my metro application no working. I called customer service and they told me to go into the store to verify why the application wasnt working and to make the payment. The store associate said she was not supposed to take my payment that she would get in trouble and that soon all the metro stores would not be able to take payments and that all phone plans will go up in price that anyone with an old plan will have to change to the new and more expensive plans. She ended up taking my payment because i told her it was due that day. This is why i dont go to the store for anything . My metro app is still not working and i ended up paying the extra in store payment fee.

Bad area .woma could not find our info in the computer even though i gave her our zio code 3 times .. After she found it she told us we must of given her the wrong zip code even though she repeated the same one i had given her 3 times . next time i will drive further to go to a diffrent one
