“This was the second machine I have received (other broke ) and John was excellent. The last time, with a different company, I was never shown how to use it. They sent it to my house and I had to follow written directions. Here they not only showed me how, he stopped and made sure I knew how to put everything together and how to use it. He also made sure I had the app set up and could get on. I was very happy with the service

“This is a fantastic company to deal with. They are truly professionals with that gentle family appeal. Communication was seamless and our driver took the time to show how the scooter worked along with some tips. They don’t charge extra for the sun shade or cup holders as other companies do.
