We are currently enjoying our temper-adapt mattress that Felix recommended with an adjustable bed frame. Will be recommending our friends and family.

I was planning on just looking through the store to see what I would want for my apartment and I saw a beautiful bamboo memory foam in the back that was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Wil helped me test the mattresses to find the perfect one and I bought it then and there. Thanks again!!

Excellent customer service. Brought my mattress about 2 years ago at mattress firm. Needed a replacement waterproof mattress cover. Had a couple of area where spills had happened. Stain on mattress protector. Mattress underneath in prestine condition. Highly recommend mattress firm..

Daniela was helpful with picking out the mattress, and neglected to mention the additional fees that would be incurred with the financing option we selected. There was also the challenge of her servicing 2 clients at the same time toward the end of our experience which led to less attention to details finalizing the transaction.

Purchasing our new bed was Fantastic!
Delivery was not to fantastic.
It was supposed to be delivered between 5:00 & 7:00 pm on a Tuesday evening
It was finally delivered at 8:35 p.m.
Then we were told that it needed to sit out uncovered for an hour to an hour & 1/2 to breathe!
Makes it kind of hard to wait to let it breathe when it's already late & you get up for work at 3:00 am! Which we did, we waited a hour & 1/2
Then only to realize that they did not deliver the mattress pad. Call them a few times & they did return our calls but we were playing phone tag!
So it has been one week so I had my husband call them again to ask about the Mattress Pad.
He called explained it again about not getting it, the man said Yeah, sure come on in & pick it up!
Which was not the case. The store where I was told to pick it from had a Display package of the mattress pad & 1 that was on Reserve from someone else! Which is ridiculous, they should have given that one to me but no they had to call the Mattress Firm down a block or so and made me drive over their to pick up the exact same mattress pad at the other store!
Reserved or not they made me wait over 20 minutes then to drive down the street. Not very good customer service
And the young man on the phone, at the first store, was clearly speaking English then towards the end of the conversation he started speaking in Spanish. That to me is just rude & bad customer service
I wasn't being rude or disrespectful in any way. I was being very patient
They should have DELIVERED the Mattress Pad Free of charge.
I don't think that I'll be giving either location any more of my Business!
Sales Guy Felix was Awesome
Delivery was Late
And a week to get the Mattress Pad, unexceptional
