I recently took my Porsche Cayman S to Master Auto Tech in Kissimmee, Florida in July 2024 and had an exceptional experience. Marie Carmen provided excellent customer service and ensured all my concerns were addressed quickly. Alex Fernandez, the owner, took the time to go over every detail of my car, demonstrating his expertise and dedication. The thorough and personalized attention my car received was impressive. The entire car service was completely top-notch. Highly recommended!

Came here by mistake when another shop sent me somewhere with a similar name, but it was definitely for the best. The customer service is top notch, Alex went above and beyond to diagnosis my issue and give me all the options for repair. The pricing is fair and very transparent, no crazy up-charge on parts.
They’re very knowledgeable and it’s a good place to go to get your car checked out.
