Thank God I have never had problems sending boxes since 2019. I recommend them 100%, they are supportive and the boxes arrive exactly as you pack them and prepare them to send them. In the DR, the office in Santiago is excellent. They also know my mother-in-law and they take her with no problem.

I been using this company for years and always they are things missing from the boxes but the last two boxes that I sent there was around 30 pairs of shoes and sneakers and only 4 pairs arrived and by the way I placed the left ones in one box and the right ones in the other box and the four pairs they left they put the right and left in one box, I sent bunch of coffee, tooth paste, soap and one used hair dryer and magically everything disappear I called and talked to Mr martinez the owner and he sounded he doesn't care...never again...you gonna loose your merchandises and on top of that you have to pay to let them steal from you..

Very dissatisfied with the way they're doing the shipment to Dominican Republic.I sent a box,and they stolen a lot items.I spoke with the president of the company,Mr.Martinez,and him ignored. So please be careful to send anything with This company,Martinez Cargo Express.

Unfortunately they have demonstrated to be very irresponsible and have poor customer service skills. I have contacted them to schedule a pick up and not only they did not show up and the confirmed time, they have not answered any of my calls. I have sent many many times with them in the past and I must say they have lost a faithful customer.

Bad..., not recommended, told me a price when got to the place told me another one for same item, after I inquired a few times.ended up using Ozuna Cargo, not too far from this one.

Excelente servicio! Mi experiencia con Martínez Cargo Express siempre ha sido la mejor. Las entregas son súper rápidas, las cajas llegan perfectamente selladas y en perfectas condiciones. If I can give zero stars I would . Horrible service ! NO Communication from office to drivers. Requested to pick up and ship a refrigerator and they came unprepared. Pick up scheduled 10AM - 12PM, they arrived at 2:30PM. Scratched my brand new vinyl kitchen floors by dragging refrigerator across instead of using the handtruck they brought. Company took no responsibility for their employee. Rescheduled pick up for next Business day and they didn’t show up. When contacted office they told me they will “pick up tomorrow” once tomorrow came, AGAIN they were unprepared to pick up refrigerator. Sent a VAN for a refrigerator pick up. Was notified again will “pick up tomorrow”.
