One star is too much for this “business”, there should an option for no stars. Scam artist is a compliment to them; unscrupulous is more up their alley. Their fee chart doesn’t tell the whole story of how much you’ll really end up paying. Beware!!!

Straight scam artist, the owner is one burguer away from being 400lbs, they dont hesitate to damage your car and tow you while being on visitor parking. Shame on them but karma comes with time , what goes around goes around , even the kid is overweight with all the burguers and popcorn with caramel they eat, this place is the scum of the earth, praying and taking advantage of the people that live day by day, Im taking you to the BBB and the office of the state attorney.

Don't be fooled by fake reviews, these people arebscam artists who will get into lawfully parked vehicles inder the guise of them not having visitor parking permits and substantiate their falsehoods by taking videos not of the parking area they got the vehicle from but within their parking area where they bring the vehicles. They know what thaey're doing is illegal and think people are naive enough to fall for the excuses they use. They will target out of town plates whenever possible....watch out for th3se scammers

I had to be in this decadent wretched place only because they towed my car that was in a visitor parking with a permit. After I explains the situation, a guy who is half Big Mac from a heart attack went to my car “to check if the permit was in there”, he came back to the office, broke a paper, threw it away and said “there was no permit” when obviously he found it and threw it away right in front of me, he forced me to pay the fee after he threatened me saying that he was going to sell my car if a didn’t pay in 7 days. Not even by mistake get close to this place, and if you have to because they stole your car, stay away from a dude with short gray hair, a weird and disgusting attempt at a beard, about 6’3 and as I said, half Big Mac from a heart attack.

My gosh. All these good reviews this place is getting I know it’s fake. If I can give this place a zero I would. Better yet if I can get them negative star, I would. Never in my life have I experience such poor customer service and such racism. Unfortunately, for me today my car was towed by those monsters. I called and the skinny short guy told me it was $135. I was like ok.When I got there less then 30 minutes this guy lied and said he told me $175. Not true because my sister also called and he told her the same price he told me $135. Not only are they liars but they are scammers. They are using their business to steal from innocent people who’s car we’re wrongfully towed. They have their guys camped out prying on car to tow and charge ridiculous fees to release the car. And they boast about how they also work with the law reinforcements. If you’re ever in the Kissimmee FL area and your car gets towed, pray to God it’s not towed by them. If that’s the case then you might as well leave the car because literally it’s not work dealing with those monsters.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They’re very racist and extremely rude . They tell you one price over the phone and once you get there they give you another price . They stay upping their price . They dishonest and money hungry. We are living in 2022 who doesn’t take cards now days . Apparently they don’t . Cash only… this place is more of a shady scam business . Please stay away .

My car broke down when I was 19 years old with no money. I called to ask about a lien they put on my car. The staff was very rude over the phone. Not to mention they took my car and put a lien on it while I had no money.

These people use predatory practices and take cars without notice. They stole our vehicle from the front of the house. They claimed it was because we were parked in the street. There were no posted signs restricting street parking. They damaged our vehicle and got really nasty when we argued that they did this without consent nor prior warning. They are truly disgusting people to deal with. If anyone does business with them, I hope you're not expecting to get any business from the people they tow or anyone they know , because there is a good chance that they will not be back to your place and they will tell everyone they know to stay away from your establishment.

I have just had one of the worst experiences in my life with Magic Tows. They towed my open car trailer from my condo in Kissimmee Florida while I wasn't there. The car trailer had 6 vintage trikes on it that I was taking to mecum auction. Long story short the charged me $2267 for towing and storage. They charged for trailer and 6 bikes...like it were 7 different tows...although the bikes on the trailer did not take up any more space than the trailer itself. Then they only take cash, no credit card. Being from Pennsylvania but in Florida I had to scramble to get the cash. Furthermore their location reminded me of being in the Florida Everglades .... see pics. I had so may bug bites from being there I am still treating them days later. Beware this place is a RIP OFF TOTALLY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. I will be filing complaints with the Consumer Protection Agency, Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office to try to prevent others from being subjected to this horrible situation.Service: Special vehicle towing
