We have been to this place every time our phones need repair but went today and met Chris for the first time. He was such a great help and actually went out to make sure we were satisfied with the service from the time we walked in and time we left. Thank you Chris!!

I brought my phone in because I dropped it and the screen was cracked. It was still usable, but I still wanted to get it fixed so it didn't become a larger problem later. I told the guy the model and he went to the back to see if he had that screen in stocks. He came back and Said he did and he'll have it done in an hour. I came back an hour later and he said he just realized it's the wrong one. When he handed it back to me, the screen was so much worse, I couldn't even unlock it. I showed it to him and he pretty much just laughed it off and said it happens sometimes and he thought he had the right one. He still made me pay half the money upfront for him to order the correct screen and made me wait two days for it to arrive. Because my phone was unusable, I had to miss work for two days and couldn't even call to ask if it was ready, I just had to show up. Do not let them start work on your phone if they can't fix it that day. All of this could've been avoided if it I took it somewhere else. (And still charged me full price despite the massive inconvenience).

Water damage repair for an iphone, super informative up front about what might be required and really honest about pricing etc. much cheaper than other repair stores and were super friendly!
Done and dusted in an afternoon, while we waited we explored old town’s gimmicks - highly recommend!

Chris and Israel did a phenomenal job on the front and back glass replacement for my iPhone 13 Pro Max! Both were very professional and were very quick getting the job done at a very affordable price. Will definitely do business with them again!

Wonderful people! Chris assisted my friend while we were visiting and her phone broke. After visiting another shop and being quoted $600-1100, Chris and his team was able to fix her phone for a fraction of the price. After explaining our experience at the other shop, we felt heard and were met with patience. Chris explained exactly what they were doing and we could see the phone the entire time. While waiting we were offered water. The shop was clean and it a well lit area. I highly recommend this place.

absolutely amazing - these gentlemen went above and beyond to help me after I had a poor experience at another local phone repair shop. very reasonable price and so fast. I felt safe as a young female and trusted that I wasn't being taken advantage of. they took the time to listen to me and reassure me that everything would be ok when I was in a state of panic. the shop was clean and in a cute location!

My phone broke while I was on vacation in Orlando, I went to get it repaired the day before I had to return from my trip and they charged me $300 for a “new” screen. My mistake was telling the owner that I was on vacation because he viciously installed a screen that DIDN’T WORK since he knew I was not from that area and that I couldn’t go back to get another one that did work. So I was left without a phone and also lost $300!
