“I had the best experience with State Farms I had State farms in Muskegon Michigan from 2004 to to 2019 when I moved to Florida 2020 and purchase my new home the mortgage people got my new Insurance it seems that they just went up and never send me the insurance but they kept on going up the outside of my home and roof is covered by the HOA and they still charged me. The personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. The Office Mgr was extremely detailed, communicated effectively, explained various coverage options, and utilized great follow up skills.
