Amazing! Lifesavers! I lost my prescription eyeglasses at the park. The team at this location could not have been kinder, more accommodating, and they got me in and out in under an hour with a new pair of eyeglasses. They quickly set aside the lenses for me when I called, got me in and out quickly, and let me enjoy my vacation again. I highly recommend this location. Wonderful staff-especially the amazing Nadine!

I broke a pair of glasses while on vacation. I’ve been a LensCrafters customer for awhile so I called them with the hope of getting the glasses repaired. David welcomed me in and within 15 minutes the glasses were repaired, cleaned and I was told there would be no charge. This cemented a relationship that will have me look no further regarding where I’ll purchase all future eyeglasses. Amazing service.

I had an exceptional experience at this location! The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Although it's been a couple of weeks since my visit, I still remember the outstanding service I received. One staff member in particular, who bore a striking resemblance to the celebrity Usher, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect glasses. I'm truly grateful for the excellent care and personalized attention I received. Thank you all for exceeding my expectations and making my experience truly unforgettable!

I ordered and paid the full amount for contact lenses at the store and was also supposed to pick up from the store too. After 2 weeks of waiting when I called they said the lense was lost so they will re order again. Had I not called they would not even have bothered. This is not what I expected and on top after making full payment.

I recently purchased frames for my 10 year-old daughter at LensCrafters, she hasn’t had her frames for more than a couple of months and she already broke them. I stopped by the LensCrafters to inquire about repairing and the gentleman, Juan was kind enough to explain that my protection plan includes replacement (given the damage the frames had they needed replacing). Since the frames were in stock he was able to swap the lenses into a new frame and I was in and out in under 20 minutes! Love efficient service!! Highly recommend LensCrafters and Juan!!
