This store needs work. It has way too many shelves empty looks like a Ross it feels as though the employees aren't interested in keeping it nice. The employees did not greet me. It's hard to look at because I used to love going to Kohl's.

This store has a "remodel" where to get to checkout, customers have to travel through a very long and involved line setup with many trinkets, candy, and other items stocked along the way. There is a section to separate into self-checkout; otherwise, whether you are shopping or returning an item, you are bound to wait and navigate this lengthy area of the store. We went to shop yesterday and were looking at items in the checkout line area. An associate interrupted us to ask if we were going to use self-checkout, so we stopped what we were doing to interact with her. She and another associate were grouped with a family of five who were already using two registers. Another register was broken. We approached an empty register, and the same employee who interrupted us to ask about our use of self-checkout rushed past us to say she had to clear that register for use. Really? Why did you bother us when the register wasn't even ready and we were still shopping? She told me to enter my phone number even though it is clearly indicated on the home screen to do so. I scanned my item and commented to my partner that it was funny seeing myself in a big screen on the monitor; I'd think they'd want to see what I'm scanning, not my photo. The other associate in the area rudely interrupted our conversation and said "Are you OKAY?" I said I was fine...was there something that made her think I wasn't okay? I was just having a conversation with my own boyfriend, which was NOT her business. She was rude and said it didn't sound like I was okay and she was just making sure. Now, you took away cashiers so what, we can't even conduct self checkout without being hassled and intruded upon? If you wanted to cut down on the number of staff, you failed, since these two associates clearly had nothing more to do than stand around and bother the customers. They need to mind their own business unless I ask a question TO THEM or request their help. It's not a pleasant shopping experience to constantly be interrupted during my shopping time and conversation with the person who accompanied me to the store. If Kohl's keeps treating customers this way, you'll soon be out of business. Terrible attitudes and obvious waste of resources.

I don’t know if it’s just me but everytime to go to the Kissimmee kohls location fitting rooms are a mess and the cashiers have an attitude even when I’m trying to be courteous to them. And now you can tell that a lot of the cashiers don’t know what they are doing! I went in and they wouldn’t let me check out until I used a kohls card because I was using a 35%, even though I told them it was associate shop day and I didn’t need a card. Like come on. Please train your employees at some degree

I had to return some clothes and the boy was neither friendly nor explained well why I lost money. But hey, next visit I hope to find another cashier. Thank you so much

Surprisingly, this was the first time the store felt like an old KOHLS. Unfortunately, most of the overall pricing was still overpriced. But they did have some things thar were reasonable. It did take them being on clearance, though. I remember when you could buy NEW clothes here at thrift store prices. Staff was friendly, but not enough registers were open.

Drove an hour to get to store after receiving an email for 40% off. When we went to check out we were told that some of the items we had were not eligible for the coupon. Told we should have looked online for the exclusions. Wasted time gas and toll money for nothing.

Love shopping at KOHL'S. Friendly and clean atmosphere. Always find something to buy and the coupons and CASH dollars when you buy a certain amount truly helps! Barbara (cashier) went above and beyond!
