“Overall service at Kissimmee was good. They were attentive and efficient. I have used them before - all good. I recommend using official UHAUL places like Kissimme and not use ANY third party outlets. UHAUL tends to have you at these thrid party places partly for logistical purposes. These third party facilities are mostly shabby, poor service, partly because it is not their only souce of income and are not required or try to meet quality practices and service. I highly recommend to request any pickup or deliveries when possible using their online service call. Uhaul will often change your pickup/drop location at last minute due to ‘logistics’ but this not so as it changes day to day. The phone service people do a good job helping with this. In general, try to stay away from third party uhaul renters.”

“So after seeing all the positive reviews on here about Tyler I decided to take my truck which was having trailer wiring issues that my mechanic couldn't figure out. Let me tell you something. This guy TYLER!!! Jumped right into action. I explained the issue and he diagnosed and fixed the problem which explanation of why I was having the issue of my trailer brakes not working properly. He fixed and installed new parts and wires. I didn't even have an appointment. Like everyone else says. He deserves a raise and to be the face of Uhaul . The fact that he fixed the issue and explained everything very detailed was very important to me. TYLER IS THE MAN!!!!”
