Hispanic guy was of no help. Very discouraging about Everything I asked for. Didn’t know where the outdoor rugs were or how I could get inventory online. I had to insist on giving him a SKU # before he even made himself available.

I visited Kirkland's on Centerville Ave in Kissimmee this week, around 4:30P. I have not been to Kirkland's in a while so l went to look at some of the lovely pieces you always have, after looking around for a bit I looked for a representative to ask a question. When he finally appeared, I said hello, I have a question. His response was "Is it going to be quick" I was in awww, so I said nevermind and l left the store. He was sadly Rude.Do better
