I had to find a car in a short amount of time (3days) and had no luck in the Tampa area. My parents got involved to help me out and they came across Los Coches Auto and spoke to the salesman, Luis. Luis was very helpful with them and was able to help me over the phone regarding details of the car as well as his manager, Juan. I scheduled a viewing the following day and they advised the important information of the vehicle prior to getting there, the process was amazing and easy. I purchased the vehicle and went on my way back to the Tampa area. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and that values your time.

The 2010 Chevy traverse that we purchased was a total lemon. We were told that this car was in excellent condition see photos. Conversation below are in Spanish, but the same . I was told it was in excellent condition. Three months in to having the car it shut down on me while driving. Thankfully I was in a drive-through and not the middle of the road. We bought this car because we are expecting and was hoping to get a nice family car but instead ended up with a nightmare. The car is stuck in 2nd gear, 2 catalytic converters need to be replaced. Something wrong with the starter. Transmission issues. To repair this car at this point would cost the same price that we purchased it for so now we’re thinking about junking it and are now having to look for another option for a family car. It was unfortunate situation. A scam.

On Dec 11 2021 I purchased a Ford Explorer from J2M Auto in Kissimmee Fl. I talked to them the Friday before about the truck and then spent 3 hours there on the Dec 11. They assured me that the truck is in great condition and nothing short of tires and a radio was wrong with the truck. They even gave me a radio to replace the one in the truck that didn't work. The new one didn't work either, i had to run out and buy another radio. On Monday i started the truck and it sounded like it had no oil in, but it did. I didn't drive it, had it towed to DASH Automotive, Donny. I got the truck to garage on Tuesday to be told that the truck needs a timing gear. The garage gave me an estimate of $1500 for the time chain to be replaced. He said there is no way the chain just went. When i call the dealer ship back they acted like they didn't speak English. All he would say is text me. They never answered, still haven't. They spoke perfect English when they took my cash, but no all of a sudden they forgot how to speak English. I had a friend who speaks Spanish call them and they said it had a little noise but it goes away when the truck warms up. I know I'm buying a used car, however they told me that there were no issues with the car and it runs great. I believe they should stand behind what they sell and work with me on solving this issue. My son saved up his money for this vehicle and only got to drive it for a day on the way home from the dearership. I guess having integrity and standing behind what you sell is not a thing anymore.

I purchased an explorer 2005 on 12/11/2021, I asked them if there was anything wrong with the truck on telephone conversation on Friday. they said it made a noise in the morning, but went away when it warmed up and that it was the belt tensioner. On Monday morning the truck was making a noise softly, then loudly and then i turned it off and towed it to a mechanic. The truck needs a timing chain. They won't talk to me about it, repair it, take the car back, help me fix it. They just said its my problem. They sold me a lemon and they don't have no honor or integrity to help solve the problem that they new about. They stole $2200 from my sons first car purchase experience. Think twice about buying a car from here.

Poorest customer service we've ever encountered. When we walked back to ask him why didn't they get the car started knowing we were coming to see it, he replied are you going to complain or do you want me to jump the car. So we walked out! Very unfortunate because we had cash and needed something in the next two days.

Drove two hours to see a vehicle that looked pretty nice, although we saw some discoloration on the back carpet.. when we got to the vehicle the back floor had been painted with a spray can to cover the discoloration, leaving overspray on the plastic pieces and the edge of the carpet not matching the rest. Also the air conditioning didn't get cold, and the check engine light came on before we even got the car warmed up to drive. Unprofessional. Waste of time.

Horrible experience, would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this company. They sold me a 2007 Nissan Xterra that was extremely low on oil, and started Knocking and the timing chain is going out. Contacted the insurance they provide just to be told that they would most likely not cover the cost for repairs being that I "knowingly" bought the vehicle like that. They obviously do not inspect the vehicles they sale and the insurance that they provide for their 90 day or 3,000 mile warranty is insufficient. BUYERS BEWARE!!
