Products are decent, staff suck. Overall, I have just never had a good experience with any imeca staff. From laughing at basic questions regarding pickup, to delivering an order 3 hours after the window ended and blaming it on the route. To not answering the phone or picking it up and immediately hanging up multiple times. Don't bother calling within 30 minutes of close even with a basic question, their staff are done for the day, you'll be lucky if someone even picks up before you sit on hold for 30 mins and the disconnect the call because they are closed. This is based on my experience with both the Aloma and OBT central FL locations. Pretty ok products,

I'm expecting a shop I can easily browse and make my selections. No dice. Most of it is behind a counter. If you're a DIYer, make your selections at their website before going in person. Service was... okay.

My experience with Imeca Kissimmee was outstanding. I bought door hinges for all my cabinet doors and draws. I even bought crown molding for the whole house. When I tell you that they know what they’re doing and all the top brands and how the objects work, it blows my mind.I recommended my neighbor to buy, crown molding from Imeca and she too was pleased. Otto which works in Kissimmee Imeca is Beyond excellent. He knows his job inside and out and besides everything he’s respectful and professional. Please if there is a promotion insight, Otto deserves it. A raise is definitely due. The company runs smoothly. Without him, I feel you will lose a huge asset. Also, Ernestos knowledgeable and professional. He is very hardworking and Knows the business as well. Again without these two gentlemen, you might as well close down the business. They have good prices and shipping is cheap if your ordering a lot of stuff. Would probably be a good place for a contractor. You can't trust their delivery dates and don't expect any updates. There is no customer service and they don't know their products at all.
