Charging me almost 200 dollars for returning an engine that was NEVER used (Only returned it cuz I got the wrong one) is absolutely crazy. “Restocking Fee” I’m sorry what? You’re not losing money on something that was never even used, instead I lost almost 200 bucks just for buying something thru your company. Manager wouldn’t even budge on the amount you guys were trying to steal from me. Absolutely crazy. Don’t even want to buy the right one from you guys anymore because of this. 200 dollars isn’t a lot to you but it’s a lot to me, and i hope you guys make this right, change policy or do something.
And to also make it known that there was a restocking fee until after you drop 1k at your store. And only if you read the all the print in your receipt. Wild. Just the fact that your manager was unwilling to even help me in this situation. SMH.

Made sure your check your receipt this is the second time that this happen to me , a heavy overweight cashier very rude t every one happen to always charge for things you don’t buy , I came back to the store to confront him
And let him know
That I didn’t buy that item he put on my check for $40 dollars and he got upset and told me
That was a mistake but the I need to go back on the line , I ask the lady the was next in line if she let me go and she said that was ok he told me that he won’t be able to help me if I was not going to the end of the line , absolutely ridiculous

I absolutely love Harbor Freight, but this location is just not it. I purchased an item at regular price and the very next day there was a coupon for that item. I go in to get the difference on the item as i have done at several locations. Cashier guy said that i need a physical receipt even tho, at several other locations, you dont need one as he can see on his screen that i literally purchased the item the day before. I am a member and was shown/ proven that this can be done at other locations and he said that its against HF policy. Im suprised they would allow someone whom is incompetent at their job work in the front of the store.
