Carlos Larios disrespect unprofessional should work with animals. He doesn't do things right and when you try to call him to fix his mistakes he hang up the phone. The worst experience a month trying to do their job and it's as if you were asking for something. He shouldn't have a license, I'm going to file a complaint with the better business bureau for being irresponsible and take your money and they don't want to return it.

Beware of agent named Carlos Larios. I work as an agent at another agency and i was assisting customer who was cancelling their policy with us. I called Great Florida at 4:55pm on a Friday and got Carlos on the phone. He hurried me off the phone with the promise that he'd sent requested document. This was on September 15 and today is November 3rd _I NEVER GOT THE DOCUMENT. i guess Carlos had to go to happy hour or had a hot date, so customer was charged TWO months of insurance premiums unecessarily just b/c Carlos was being inattentive or maybe he just had a hot date that night. I called today & spoke with Maili and she promised to take care of it. She was pretty professional so i will give them the benefit of the doubt and still be nice and give the agency 3 stars (if it was based solely on CARLOS LARIOS- it would be ZERO STARS) so just make sure if you call Friday five minutes before they close , that Carlos doesn't have to go to happy hour or on a date- you might get stiffed
