I went to this Goodwill last year for my birthday, no thanks. The selection was mid asf. An employee literally snorted at me. Two stars for the cool pants I found and the kind lady at the cashier tho <3

Friendly staff, lots to choose from. Only 4 stars cause I wish there was more furniture to choose from, we recently moved and need dressers 😂

I love thrifting and this thrift store I find a lot when I come to this location the only downfall I have is one of the workers older lady with glasses looks Spanish watches you like a hawk while you’re shopping and once I was done looking through clothes she kept going right behind me fixing everything I touched which was making me extremely uncomfortable while I was trying to shop please please talk to your employees about doing that to customers while they are shopping because that is very uncomfortable, the clothes are so close tightly close to each other which made it a little difficult to look through them other than that I love this store but that lady was really annoying me I nearly almost told her off.

Goodwill prices used to be $1.00 & $2.00
Now they price $10 or more like a regular store they got donated and they price is so high why

No fitting rooms for trying clothes on. They have a 3 day return window for clothes, but if you're out of town this is difficult. Would not recommend this Goodwill.

We were told, word for word, "We don't have dressing rooms, no worries you have 3 days to return." Just a misunderstanding, I waited through a slow long line to return and discovered it was exchange only. I was flustered as we were in a hurry. I went back to shop and find exchanges then waited in a longer slow line. Told manager about the confusion on the return and asked if he could remind employees to say exchange. He told me the COSTUMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT and that I was lying. His highly trained employees would NEVER make a mistake with verbage. Manager was rude, I was visually upset and just thought my story mattered. I was unaware of the policy, which he said is clearly on the receipt. You don't see that until after you pay. Never give business to people who belittle others.

No change rooms at a thrift store. How else will you know if things fit? Staff said they made the change after covid and decided "just didn't want to bother" any more.... Well .. I won't be returning. I don't need to go home to try stuff on just to drive back when it doesn't fit. You only have 3 days to exchange as well. No refunds... Just exchanges. To get more things that don't fit. Big pass.

They don't allow you to try on the cloths & only give a 3 day return which you only get to exchange. If you can't try on, how can you exchange? It's beyond frustrating. They're over priced also.
