I've been here before, they have a lot of stuff. My daughter and my girlfriend went in and they liked it and bought some souvenirs and shirts. I didn't go in because they don't allow bags in, you can check bags at the counter though and they will hold them till you are done shopping. That's all well and good but I trust no one with my camera gear.

Lots of cheap quality gifts. Nothing out of the ordinary. T-shirts are not as nice as what you get in the parks and prices are comparable on many items. Great place for $1 key change or an alligator head.

Every time I come to Disney I stop here to souvenirs for the kids. Huge selection of Disney items. Full shelves and racks. Clean. Easy in and out. Nice staff.

Horrible gift shop, terrible customer service and overpriced compared to the many gift shops near it. They don’t want to sell the items for the prices they are marked down to instead they tried overcharging more then the prices the tickets are marked as

Honestly I don’t think it’s the place, But the cashiers would try to take 13 dollars for a 3 dollar shirt, What kind of prices is that, like wow???! I went for a good Florida memory and this is what i get! Rather go to one of the gift shops near it! :((( Wish I can rate it 0 star :(

We visited a couple weeks ago and loved this store. My daughter got an awesome tshirt as a souvenir and was so excited for it. She wore it while down there and I put it in the laundry cold water gental cycle and and the design peeled off. We went back with the shirt still wet and he said I used bleach on the shirt dor dried it. which caused the shirt to peel the designoff . It's a black shirt. If I used bleach you could tell. And if I had dried it, it wouldn't have been wet when I returned it? He said he would exchange it but if it happened again he would not and we were stuck with it. He was very very rude and not very customer friendly at all. Well my daughter just wore it today after never wearing it down there never been washed and it has started peeling just from her wearing it today. Waste of money if you buy their shirts. You will lose the design and end up with a plain shirt. Other items were great but after the rude customer service he lost me. Customer service is very important!

A lot of cute merchandise. I drive by it but had never stopped in due to … local, why bother. We had friends visiting so I took them out to Kissimmee and we stopped in. Glad we did, though I didn’t buy anything my friends did.
