Pre-ordered an item 2 months ago that never arrived - meanwhile its easily found in every other store in town. Wouldn't refund me - would only transfer the money to another pre-order or even let me use the money to buy something in-store. That being said Isabella was a very kind employee and tried the best she could to navigate this absurd company policy. Give her a raise!

Was in the area for some food and wanted to pop in. This was a Saturday. Lights on but doors locked. No sign to say if they will be back, if they are closed for good or, just at the time. Website said they should have been open.

Was in the area and wanted to grab something, sign on the door said they're gone and will be back in half an hour...you can't staff 2 people so you can stay open? That is absurd, I left. You lost a sale so now you're still only able to staff 1 person

Excellent store of the chain, very complete, attentive service... it is worth it to not have to go to the shopping center to get what you need... without crowding of people and plenty of parking space...
