This store is conveniently near my home some of the workers are very nice but I wish whoever is working there now can answer the phone when customer's call . And if you are going to restroom and have to close please put time you left so I'm not standing there knocking like a crazy person. The new employee is a mess dont now nothing literally i go to thats store 4 years and i change gamespot for ebay trusted seller and i oay a little bit more but definitely is the best way to find anything you need specially with exact information.

I don't understand what the purpose of having a phone that they never answer is. I've been calling for almost a week and a half several times every day, inn they never answer the phone.

Kept calling, no one answered. Decided to drive an hour out because I was told they had stock for a special controller. They don't, and the associate turned off the phones because it was too much work for them. Wow, so sorry you had to do your job. Stick to online shopping if you're unsure about stock, because I will.

Haven't even gotten inside because they haven't opened. It says they open at 12, and me and a couple other people were standing until 12:30 and still counting.

Came to this GameStop to buy an Xbox controller but they were closed. I got here at 7:30pm and assumed they were open since it's a national store brand. I could of checked their hours online but assumed the store was open later since it's a national store brand. Saw the sign and they close at 7pm. Most people get out of work between 5pm and 6pm or maybe even 6:30pm and may take an hour or more to get home or to get to a location. No reason why a national store brand should be closing early. You just lost a customer.

I was in there for 25 minutes the cashier was doing nothing more than speak whit their partners after I when to the register he can not charge me because the system going down , even my pre order game taken so long never fix my issue i was a really bad experience.

Last Sunday I was over there and I have been standing there for an hour. Customer service was terrible because nobody was helping me. Nobody even asked me if I needed help and I finally got some of the tension one of them had a very bad attitude with me, and I didn’t even say a word to them
