Worst customer service ever I spoke to an agent on the phone and every time I had a question he would seem annoyed, wasn’t very knowledgeable with my simple question, raise his voice and talk over me and would keep pressuring me to lock in the policy even though I had more questions. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Was having a really bad day trying to get through to the customer service 1-800 number when I was finally transferred to Dennise , she was great!!!! She restored my faith in the company. Dennise is Awesome! An asset to your company. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She got the insurance transferred to my new car in an instant, it was fantastic. Thank you Dennise.

They are very unprofessional and a complete waste of time .waited ten months and nobody called me back . Tried calling today to get a quote and they put me on hold several times and then hung up on me . Too many companies out there to get this horrible service.
