I read all the reviews here and wonder if they are real. My experience with this place is nothing like the ones in here. I came to this place to get a post operative garment. I told them what I needed and wanted but what they offered was completely different. One of the ladies told me the for my type of surgery I could only use the garment she gave me. That they did not have the one I wanted. They immediately started adjusting the garment without even telling me the price or with my authorization. Thinking that they know best I decided to go along with it and paid almost $300 for the garment. Almost immediately I advised that the garment was not a good fit. Was hurting me in parts I do not want to mention and was so tight that it was crushing my ribs. They said that it was normal so I left. I couldn’t take it anymore so I decided to go back. I explained again my issue and they adjusted the garment. Again I asked them if there was another garment I could get because I didn’t like that one and it was hurting too much. Once again they said no and made adjustments to the garment leaving it even worse. I spent around 2 hours every time I went there just to leave disappointed. I wrote a negative review last week but, decided to give them another opportunity because the garment was very expensive and don’t want to spend more money. London asked me to go back that they were going to make it right. I went and again, the garment got adjusted. They asked me to give them the opportunity to fix the problem and asked me to delete my review so I did. While talking with London I found out that the they did have the garment I requested since the first day I went there and was told they didn’t carried it. I asked her to get for me and she did however, they wanted me to pay for it. After all the issues I have been having with their garment that cost me $300 they expect me to pay another $100? What kind of customer service is that. Well, I went to my surgery follow up today with the surgeon and he prohibited me from using that garment because is hurting me too much and is not doing it work. Is not providing compression in the right parts affecting my recovery. I texted them advising of this and I am still waiting on their response. Now they are ignoring me. Never again..

I had a wonderful experience during my virtual fitting for my garment. Meri was very informative and knowledgeable about exactly what I needed. She took the time to make sure my measument were exact to allow for the perfect compression. Her custom service skills were 100% perfect.

Take it from me, Meri knows what she is doing. She isnt just going to sell you a faja to squeeze and suffocate in. The fajas are great material. The fajas include a warranty where you can have adjustments to them. Especially for post surgical procedures. She tracks your progress and makes follow up appointments with you. They are honest, professional, and care about your happiness and progress. 5+++stars!!
