It is a small area. I guess it's to be expected. They only do packages with the bar code available for scan. So if you have a UPs package it is has the code to enter they will not be able to do it. You might as well go to your nearest UPS location. The staff is friendly and willing to help. They seem to have limited staff as well.

The delivery driver stole my cigar touch of my porch. It was a $60 lighter. I called and reported it but haven't heard anything.
