Front desk was very helpful during check-in, the lazy river was fun unfortunately the Jacuzzi was not opened. The Villa was outdated, and while there had a pipe break in the wall with water filling the kitchen and sadly nobody came to fix it so we were using the pool towels and placing them around the stove in the cabinets. Upstairs bathroom door handle was broken and removed From the door, upstairs bathroom sink was leaking water from the knob. Stains were on our bedding and could've been maintained much better. We stayed there because we wanted to go to the food and wine festival and did not want to leave our pet home so they are definitely a pet friendly Resort which is a plus. I probably would not be staying again unfortunately. We stayed in room 3040

We got a day pass to the water park. It's a great area for children under 12. Not too big of a space for small children but enough to do for bigger ones. Very clean and friendly staff. Plus, they have different activities almost every half hour (for an additional cost if course).

Nice property, love the water slide in the lazy river. Water slide is a little intense for the smaller children. Staff was awesome. They were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, little bit dated.
But it was nice
Walkability: They had trails over the resort. Also, they have minister Golf and a dog run for those who have a dog. It was well maintained
Food and drinks: The food was outrageous at the restaurant, and at the pool. Alcohol drinks are fairly priced for a resort
Noteworthy details: It was located close to grocery stores, walmart and they had fast food restaurants within a quarter.Of a mile

We LOVE this resort, spacious units, water FUN for everyone, lots going on, great location!! We have stayed here 5 plus times!! Staff is always friendly and helpful!!
Rooms: The 2 bedrooms are so handy for families, PLus 2 bathrooms!

Good morning,
We had a stay at the end of July/beginning of August, the rooms were very poorly cleaned, I had to buy products to do the cleaning myself. The most difficult thing is that the hotel owes us almost 2000 euros following a guest relations error when purchasing a ticket for the amusement parks for 5 people. We tried everything, I even sent a message to the general manager who didn't even bother to respond and blocked me directly. Now I'm blocked from all their networks and they're playing dead. That's a lot of money! They are incapable THIEVES. We have all the evidence so if anyone can help us... ?

Fantasy World Resort was a disaster, and I strongly recommend spending a little extra to stay somewhere nicer. This place is nothing like what’s shown on the website or travel sites.
We rented Unit 3118 through VRBO, and it was horrendous. There was mold everywhere, and the curtains were stained and nasty. The cleanliness was a major issue—there were dirty areas throughout, and the vents were caked with dirt and mold. The shower head and handles were also grimy, and to top it off, there was water leaking from the ceiling below the shower onto the first floor. It was pretty alarming to see light fixtures coming off the wall, and to make matters worse, the shower water backed up to my feet while I was showering. Just straight nasty.
As for the resort itself, the only redeeming features were the pool and the lazy river, which were enjoyable. However, the kids' activity area was filled with creepy haunted decorations that scared my toddler away, and all the activities had extra charges—not included in our stay. We also tried to use the playground area across the road, but it was locked, so we had to trek back to the front desk to ask them to unlock it.
Overall, my experience at Fantasy World Resort was incredibly disappointing. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you want a comfortable and clean stay.

Very nice experience, the villas are super equipped with everything you may need. Located near supermarkets and shops and Disney parks. The price seems reasonable to me considering all the amenities it has and the prices of similar places. We were there to visit the Disney parks and I would definitely like to return to this place. A 10 to the staff, super friendly and helpful

We stayed at The Mouse Townhouse, and it was such a cute, cozy spot. Not just our daughter—everyone was excited! It was an easy walk to the pool, and our family, from the youngest to the oldest, had a blast at the lazy river. We enjoyed cold drinks and snacks by the pool and didn’t want to leave. Despite the crowd, it felt private and relaxing. Highly recommend to friends and would love to visit again!

I absolutely love the resort everything was amazing. The staff was great and the location is perfect. I can only complain about how terrible the beds are my back is still hurting and I can barely bend over and the dog poop. The people with pets let their dog poop right in front of our door so the doorway smelled like poop the entire time! Other than that the slide is so much fun. I think they have heated water in all the pools and lazy river. My kids were ready to sleep each night because they played so much!
Food and drinks: Food was a little expensive on the resort property but there is so much food places nearby you wouldn’t have to worry.

Were here during Milton and despite the tension before the storm the staff did everything they could to make the stay as pleasant as possible

It's my fourth time here, love the location, pools are awesome. Appartments are clean and updated and are quite spacious.
Friendly personel.
Nearby activities: Swimming pool with slides and a lazy river.
