This store has a great selection of the Hey Dude brand of shoes. Its the only shoe I wear when I am working. Very comfortable pair of shoes

The store has good shoes but don't get fool by the buy one get one 1/2 off. They have no notice what so ever about the restrictions .When you get to the register to pay they won't let you use it for Nike or Crosc and the employees don't even know why.

It's always good to be in their membership because they allow you to combine coupons. Every month, they have buy one and get the other 50 percent off, 10 to 20 off, and great military discounts.

Do not go to this store, the salespeople hanging out and on their phones, you ask for help or if they can check an item, they are rude and will not help you. I will never go back nor I will tell friends and family to go. They don’t deserve any star but I had to give them one.

Seriously, this store has GREAT customer service. I was in a jam and HAD to buy a pair of black shoes today. I went to no less than 10 stores hunting for what I wanted. At NO store did a sales person say hello or ask if they could help me find something. I walked into this Famous Footwear and was delighted to find it clean and well lit. The employee welcomed me and showed me how the store was arranged. She was so friendly and polite! It was great. I ended up finding the shoes I needed for an event tomorrow. I wish I remembered the rep's name, but her number is 307764 and I remember her nametag said that she is an Assistant Manager. She deserves a pat on the back (and a raise!). She is great.
