Bought Windshield water fluid, got home and saw seal had been broken. Took it back and compared colors of all 2 gal containers. Found a couple that were dark blue, opened the cap and seal was in place. Opened some of the lighter colored ones and they had broken seals
SOMEONE is stealing the full strength liquid and diluting with water. CHECK AND COMPARE Caps & Color. Should be darker blue and proper seal in place. Can't belive they would do this to save / or make a couple of dollars

The store is nice and has lots of items (from clothes, sock, food to blankets). The only thing is there was a line with one cashier and there were inventory items on the counter top check out where you couldn't place your items to buy (unorganized).

One of the cashiers I think she's Hispanic with glasses maybe blond hair or something but she doesn't communicate or anything she doesn't talk and associate like the other employees next time I'll get her name and post it

The manager Anthony is horrible and a disgrace to the face of Family Dollar & Dollar Tree. I'm going to call Channel 9 on this ghetto fabulous store and Manager for price gouging.I went to the store tonight to purchase a few items including can sodas that was on sale. To begin they have false advertisement in this store. The cashier rung up six boxes of soda and 4 rung up for the wrong price. I went back to get a refund. The Ghetto fabulous Anthony was called to the register to query the charge...To begin, Anthony the store Manager is illiterate and cannot read or count... I tried to help him as a professional, to query the charges. There system is programmed to rob society, they do price gouging, they robbed me $9:00, but he was too illiterate to comprehend. I called the cops who apparently knew him very well, due to the numerous amount of complaints made.Illiterate, rude, unprofessional and inhumane Anthony should not be the face of any company. This says a lot as to whom Family Dollar and Dollar General hire as the face of their company.I will not rest until my voice is heard across the nation...This chain of stores will lose more than the $9:00 they took from me. Its not the amount of money. It's the principle involved.I will still reach out to corporate along with my complaint number from the Sheriff's Department with hope that Anthony is fired....He's toxic to the community and human kind...He belongs in the jungle with animals...smh..

Your store associate Amanda SUCKS. I get your job is lame but it’s not about you and your bad attitude, your customers shouldn’t haven’t have to be stuck in that sore with you because you want to take your sweet time.

The manager Anthony is extremely unprofessional and rude, he does not know how to speak to customers I should’ve known the type of person he was when I greeted him in a polite manner and he acted like he didn’t want to speak.The first issue was me trying to use Apple Pay at his register for some reason it doesn’t work okay cool no problem, he told me to wait until the cashier came back up to help me I did no problem he didn’t even attempt to call her. 2nd issue I needed up changing an item and putting it on top of one of the wire shelves his response was “why would you put that there mashing you the other merchandise” keep in mind my item was no where close to the other items, I stopped and I said to him “I’m an adult don’t speak to me as if I’m a child.” And I moved the item and the other one I didn’t place there just because. He goes on to say “i’m not doing this today get out of my store, get out of my store” grabs everything from me and keeps shouting, from here I ask for the manager and he says “I am the manager get out of my store before I call the police.” Nothing I did or said warranted his behavior towards me there was another lady being cashed out that said the exact same thing. Anything is on a power trip and they say he treats paying customers is not called for, I believe that whatever you’re going through in your personal life should not spill over into your work life. I see that there are other complaints about him and I hope that you all either do something about his employment or have a serious conversation with him. I left the store crying because I am in no way shape or form someone that would ever treat anyone in the service industry terribly because I’ve been there myself. In today’s society as a young black woman people know how much weight “I’m calling the police” holds regardless if I’m in the wrong or not this situations could’ve been escalated because an employee decided to be disrespectful, I’m 100% going to reach out to cooperate in regards, being treated like such is not a good feeling and I hope he doesn’t get the chance to treat anyone else like he treated me. Not a bad store, but nothing special about it either. There is always a weird odor in all of the Family Dollar stores I been to and this one is no different. Parking area is large. This is a stand alone store with nothing else around it, other then a Circle K a block away. Definitely need to train the staff here more. There was no one at the front of the store when I entered, I had to ring a bell at the register when I wanted to check out. I literally could have walked out the items and no one would have known. Prices are reasonable but not overly great. The store is entirely to cluttered. There is stuff everywhere. Seems like an older store. Also, a store I would run into only when I have forgotten something or need it right away. ( I needed batteries). They sell everything from food to clothing to perfume to wall plaques, to stereo equipment. Probably be better met to focus on one type of item such as food or clothes but not both.

The manager doesn't know how to treat his customers. He doesn't even say Good morning, or have a good day, after you pay he just hands you the receipt and turns. Prices here are really high too. Every single item is more expensive than Wal-Mart. Never coming back.
