The Managger refused to lend me the bathroom so I couldn't make my purchase. It's unusual. I always buy there but I won't return. How rude and inhumane they are.

0 stars. Got yelled at by the cashier for using the cash back option that the credit card reader gave me. The no cash back sign is faded, hardly legible and not really in your sight when you are using the CC machine. Even though it's right down the road I'll probably never return to this store after an experience like that.

I have been a customer at this store for years never had issues with managers or employees they treat me with respect and very friendly I feel like family there except for this manager that use to work there that always smelled like alcohol or Marijuana and was very rude thank goodness she is not there anymore giving the store a bad name the manager Indira has always been real good to me and every one else I have never witness anyone discriminating against anyone so please get your story staitjust because you were not a good employee doesnt mean everyone else its like you thats why you not there anymore

I worked here and witnessed how the management specifically Indira the Store manager will stereotype homeless, black and Hispanic people and send the employees to "watch" them because "they steal" and in many occasions I witnessed her and the assistant kick out or /and call the police for no good reason other than her "judgment", on innocent customers who have done nothing wrong. Obscures there were exceptions but not an excuse to discriminate and stereotype against all. The Store Manager literally gave the employees instructions that she didn't want any homeless in her Store and to kick them all out.
The Store Manager also calls the police on anyone (church groups, good samanitors) trying to help the homeless by bringing food or clothes near or in her parking lot. I feel much better After leaving this Company as their actions didn't align with my morals. On one occasion the store manager got "upset" with me because I didn't follow or "stood" with a person that was stealing and ran out the back door in disregard of my safety (against their company policies).
Now as a customer I have also been victimized by the store manager and her staff and with treatment that my husband and I will be trespass for absolutely no reason. And my friend and neighbor who they saw shopping with me prior at the store, just got told the same thing and accused of causing disturbance when she was just shopping in the clothing Isle. So this family dollar they trespass people because they don't like them. Good Company but unfortunately this location is Led by a Leader that's Unprofessional and unkind.

It was great! Clean well organized had no problem finding anything I was looking for . Employees were friends and courteous. There was never one disgruntled customer who was very rude, and the cashier maintained her professionalism, and the man was just nasty . After he walked out, she turned to me and smiled said hi how are you doing and proceeded to ring up my purchase . . . Being in the carnival business I deal with customers and people from every walk od life and from all over the country . .as l was leaving, I was sure to have told her how well she handled herself . How hard I know it was to not retort back with something the same as he said . And this young lady said if I did that mame, it puts me on the same level he is, and I wasn't raised to lower my standard for nobody . . . Wow ? at that moment, I learned a great deal from that cashier . .

One of the worst family dollar I been to, they do not care about customer service and who they hire to work the register. It’s an older white guy on register he never greets you or say anything but your total, they don’t wear name tags. And if the price of the items are wrong because they don’t look at it or fix it it’s an argument instead of honoring because they didn’t change the price. If you guy’s don’t like customers go work in a cubicle. The guy manager is just a bad as the employees when it comes to customer service. Being a manager myself I would never allow anyone to treat my customers any kind of way especially if they are spending their hard earned money there.

I brought some nail glue from Family dollar general in Kissimmee Florida, when I open it and squeeze it nothing came out, so I took it back to this store with a receipt and the manager say I could not return or exchange because I opened the package. How would I know if there was any glue if I haven't opened it.

about a week or 2 ago i was shopping at the family dollar i saw the manager with one eye outside screaming of joy because one of the homeless people that live in the woods behind the store had passed away and she was heard saying I HOPE THEY ALL DIE.... i went in a few days later and here i see her again Trespassing the people who come to serve the homeless people food because she said they are all pigs back there and dont need to be fed she has also told hispanic people she doesnt speak spanish this is america learn our language this is not the way you treat others and this is the kind of person family dollar has to represent them i dont want to go to this store again

I was at this store today and the customer service was trash, also I realized when I got home that the cashier didn't give me one of my bags and it's not even worth going back since I live over an hour away. Just irritating.
