I went into this store today to purchase some items for a last minute event. When i went into the store I inquired about some sale prices that was posted on items. The floor agent was very much helpful and assisted me. I went to cash out and was assisted by who is supposed to be the store manager Jay or whatever she said her name is. When she rang up my items, the price came up to something completely different from what was advertised on the shelf. She argued with me that it is the correct price. So we both went to the item which showed the price I stated. Her attitude is deplorable and had I not needed these items for today, I honestly would have walked out and left the items in the store. People need to realize if you dont like being friendly or assisting customers when they have questions regarding items you sell, do not take the job. Work in a field you would be happy in.

The place is almost always very disorganized, some beautiful ones are expensive, for a supposed dollar, the employees are friendly, I'm going second, I hope they improve

Nothing in this store is priced correct and when you mention it to the cashiers they just say well this is what it rings up I can't fix it. So why is this store allowed to falsely price everything? Taking advantage of a poor area?

This Family Dollar is conveniently close to home so I like that but shopping in this store is hit or miss I can't always find what I need. But clean and well kept.

I had a terrible experience there was nobody at the register when I went to pay, finally someone came to help me and I did cash back and after I got approved she tells me do I know how to read and I said yes ma’am why she said because there’s a sign that says no cash back and told me I’m rude. She is horrible and disrespectful. Terrible customer service in that location NEVER AGAIN I WILL GO THERE .

I always find such interesting things here sometimes! But sadly the how it's ran it's the best, the employees aren't helpful and some are rude and the bathroom stay dirty anymore.
