I was greeted by a most amazing and efficient representative as soon as I walked in! Immediately I felt welcomed and was treated as a priority! Loymar, is a GURU at customer service and took care of my car rental with complete ease! I would recommend this particular location just because of her. She was diligent, swift, and proficient. Loymar made this rental the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had in a car rental setting/situation. Definitely use this particular location if you want to get a great clean automobile with an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

I really want to give them zero stars I booked online went two different locations and nobody has given me honest answers they've been giving me the runaround my reservation was for 10:00 this morning and I got there and the manager told me that they had nothing available and that there was nothing she can do to help me I couldn't believe that the manager was okay with that response to a customer. The manager need help with this location with managing the facility because they don't update their system when people are renting and dropping off cars so so when you do things online it's not accurate it's unfortunate because this is something that is simple so you can call book and then when you get there you just wasted your time. No extra efforts were made to try to accommodate me or any offers to purchase a different rental I was just hit with a there's nothing that they can do and that the representatives are the issues regardless of the fact this is one establishment and they never have it together. I sat here for 2 hours had to walk to the bus stop I spoke to nine different Enterprise representatives and no one could come up with a solution just tell me that they're going to escalate it and hope that someone calls me back it's almost 2:00 I've heard from no one to help with this situation.

We did not get the car we needed, but who ever does? Anyway, they were pleasant, fast, and efficient. And we are enjoying the vehicle we ended up with. We made our reservations thru Costco.

Staff was very nice, but misleading. I had called and talked with multiple members of the staff about how to handle the toll payments on my rental and I was told I would be given an invoice later that I can pay with the card of my choice. Instead they charged the card I didn't want them to use automatically.

Nichelle jackson is very professional manager I was completely satisfied with her customer service also alberto is algo one of the best in explaining to you and showing what you need to know on your renting vehicle. This location is simply amazing in every which way, I've used them a couple of times and I can honestly highly recommend it. The staff here is courteous, diligent and friendly and trust me, you will be taken care of!!! Especially by Ava, Nashelle and Dustin who are truly exemplary and very professional staff members!!! A very special sincere thanks to each of them!!! I will sure be back! From always and ever, this is my only car rental place! God Bless you all :) 5 Stars across the board *****

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please save yourself the headache and not rent from here. First off they don't tell you they will put a $300 hold on your account when renting a vehicle. Secondly, they said the deposit will be returned the day the vehicle is brought back. That was a lie. It took 48 hours. Thirdly my child left an expensive item in the vehicle. My husband calls them they told my husband they have it. They asked my husband where is he from whe told them. Then they told him they will call him back to have it shipped to us. I called back to let them know someone will go pick it up. Then the employee proceeded to tell me that they don't have it. Then she asked me if I can see the location of the Electronic. I told her no because clearly it is dead. And she said okay I'm going to check the vehicle, I will call you back. And of course they have not called back. This is all too suspicious to me. How are you going to ask where we live and if I can see the location of the Electronic. And keep saying they will call me back and will not call me back. They have the electronic but are refusing to give it to us. Just give me my electronic back. Unprofessional and I will never rent from this location or enterprise again.

No longer take prepaid cards/cash options and takes long to have someone pick you up if you need a rental. They do take major bank debit cards and 2 non past due utility bills if you don't have an available credit card. Once there, they always do a great job of checking you out quickly and picking out a great car. I appreciate the staff there. Always friendly.
