I don't rate places, actually my first review. I visited the clinic with my dog, she is old, just wanted to check her, the vet order lab work, I was waiting for the estimate amount and surprise, they did the labs with even asking or giving me an estimate. I end up paying for the vist $615.44 I understand that labs and vets can be expensive, but doing and blind bill me, it's not ethical. I could decide if I can afford to pay or not. It's just not correct!

Stay away!!! Came in with an emergent situation for my beloved pet. Dr Hernandez walked in after waiting in the exam room for OVER an hour with a very nervous dog! He did not greet us and did not examine my pet. Glanced at my pet from 2 feet away and only spent 3 minutes with us, then sent some one else stating my pet needs a $3000.00 operation! Lacking empathy, unprofessional, rude and extremely ignorant! So many more issues with this practice too, they hold your CC when you walk in so they can trap you into services rendered! My pet ended up being cared for by Lake Nona Animal clinic instead for $230.00 and no operation needed! She is now completely healed!

Dr. Agee is the best Veterinarian that I have currently been working with concerning the medical care for my pet puppy and thats because Dr. Threate retired Therefore, when I met her she was very attentive and patient with my puppy she appeared speaking clearly and professionally made medical recommendations for my budget for my pet health care. She has always given courtesy and concern for his medical needs. By explaining what was the medical conditions and most cost effective treatments, I recommend Dr. Agee to every new client with a puppy that needs the attention as my pet puppy towards a healthy experience. Thanks Dr. Agee And your friendly staff as well.. #PETLOVER

Knowledgeable old-school vets work here. They're kind, but they will tell you when it's time to "let go" instead of trying to upsell you pointless expensive treatments. I have been coming here for 5 years now and always feel like my cats are in capable, experienced hands.

When you first get your puppy you are so excited and want to find a vet that will take care of your animal and you. You want to trust that the decisions that are made on their well being are for the best interest of your pet.This business killed our 2 yr old beagle. They have some good reviews and we were one that looked at them and felt they would be a good fit.After a few issues..the vet Beaudry milked us for every little thing.. recommend things that we now know were not needed and he diagnosed wrong and continued to reinforce her diagnoses and we followed everything he suggested bc that is what you hope that they have the best interest in your family member not their wallet! Blood work was falsely done, claiming they were sending out samples for a more advanve testing to charge us more money and still the diagnosis was wrong and we were lied to. I had voicemails left with diagnosis that I saved and played for the emergency vet and he totally disagreed w the treatment and showed us why. If I would of had a vet that didn't hurt my dog and cause more damage she may be alive today and getting the right treatment. If you see this review..please stay clear of this establishment. Even after she passed the main vet Beaudry, the one who handled my baby from 8 weeks old has never even once called or left a voicemail to send his condolences. The vet Theatte that saw her less than 24 hrs before her passing called and left a message and ask to be called back. He is the one that caused her undue trauma and bruising that was in excess commented by the emergency room vet. We told Theatte the issues going on that day and instead of trying to see if something else was going on he just looked at Beaudry's notes and assumed blood work from over 2 weeks prior was accurate and diagnosis was correct ...which it wasn't!...this lack of concern and neglect caused her death! It is horrifying now to go on Google and see all the other people who have had bad experiences with this establishment..from minor to major surgeries they did wrong and tried to cover it up. Do your own research and avoid this establishment! I will do whatever I can in the name of my baby to make sure no one goes through what we are going through now!!!Please forward this to your social media or to others so more people will react and get our message so I can save other pets and owners heartache and grief and encourage them to find a good, caring and honest vet.

So I JUST moved to Florida from NC. My dog got super sick. Pooping blood, vomiting, just not good. Made tons of calls to surrounding vets offices & no one would work us in. This place did!!! The office isn't the prettiest BUT the workers are rockstars. She didn't seem to get better for awhile so they worked her in again as I was very concerned. They were great. I will be sending a thank you card for all their hard work and HEART. THANK YOU GUYS. My baby is feeling good. thank you for taking the time to explain what's going on with her and take her in even when you guys are busy already.

Great vet office! Everyone that works there is very nice and my dog loved them! The vet did such a great job vaccinating my pup, my pup didn’t even know it was happening! I highly recommend!

I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Beaudry! Yesterday was one of the hardest days for me, because I needed to have Dr. Beaudry put my sweet Roxy girl to sleep. I had been to Dr. Beaudry for many years and his sense of humor and down to earth nature kept me going back to him. When Roxy began to get sick, he recommended whatever we could do to keep you sustaining life. It wasn't until this past Tuesday that I needed to go back to him and make the inevitable decision about Roxy. The staff was sensitive and sweet. Dr. Beaudry was gentle, kind, and made the experience peaceful and serene. If anyone is looking for a great Veterinarian who is knowledgeable, kind, funny (at the right moments), and just a super great guy for your furry little buddies, this is the man you want!

Dr Ramsey tells us we should never have changed our cats food because it can make them sick. They were the ones who told us to change his food and had us buy their overpriced product! Our cat was also missing for over a week and when I found him he could barely walk. Dr. Ramsey insinuated we were not taking care of our cat. Excuse me!!! He was missing for a week and it was because he had been in a fight with another animal and got bitten. My cat has been seen there 2 months before and was very healthy he just had an urine infection. He is 6 years old and has always been healthy. Does he think after 6 years we just decided to neglect him? He needs to work on his etiquette. We have been going there for years and our animals have always been well taken care of. He has lost my business. I dont pay hundreds of dollars for him to sit on his high throne and judge us...I pay for him to help my sick baby. Does that sound like neglect to you?

DONT bring your angry kitties here! It will traumatize you more then your cat! The vet tech said if the mom won't hold her cat why do i have too. Vet said if you won't do it I'll get someone who will! I think that one tech needs to have a bit more compassion for animals and customers. So the tech held my cat down with while still in cat carrier. Then I had to pass the vet one shot cause it was next to me. It so chaotic like they never delt with a angry kitty ! I'm Baffled cause i go to two other vet clinics and it's way faster and no one complains. I warned them My cat hates the vet but was told com on in! I left in tears cause of how poorly my cat and i was treated . I felt not welcomed cause of my cats behavior Then they offered me to give kitty a shot of anesthesia just give her 2 more shots lmao!!! Please do your cat a favor and not come here

They are Great. Have taken my dog who is now 5 yrs. Since I moved here 3 years ago. Always pleasant and helpful. Staff and vets care about the pets brought in. Has kept my dog healthy and happy.
