I would recommend doing restocking/ remodeling during non business hrs. Store was a mess. I do not do SELF Check out. Cashier talking to lady. Refused to check me out. I do not need help using self checkout. I simply do not want to work at Dollar Tree by using self check out.

Selection was pretty good except for the selection of wrapping paper, hardly any. No cashiers!!! All self checkout. Lines was crazy long and moving really slow. One person having an issue with the self checkout still waiting for help when we got done shopping. Also no longer Dollar or even $1.25. They had things at least up to $5.00. I used to love letting the little ones pick out "any 3 things" they wanted, knowing with three kids I'd be out of there less than $10. Now it could be almost $50! (I've included tax in my calculations)

I just put a star because there's nothing lower than that. What a piece of s... of a store. We went there to purchase a few gift cards for Christmas presents three of then were from Amazon one hundred dollars each. They were tampered. The last 4 or 5 numbers of the whole claim # were erase or scratch we don't know how they did it cause all three card were sealed and to find out this we have to break the cover. We went to de store to get our money or the same cards back. And what they say..." We are not responsible for this " . I'll recommend in the future do not buy this kind of things there. Cause we were in a hurry we make that mistake. Even the employees there were not making the effort to help. I don't know probably something wrong with them too..So do not make the same mistake we did. Those stores are only to buy the cheapest stuff that they offer..That it.

I came to this dollar just a few minutes ago not even because I needed to buy anything but to browse around I ended up seeing gift wraps and a note pad that I decided I needed waiting in the line that start in isle 12 for awhile until it was my turn almost as the cashier is finishing up whit the costumer in front of me I walk up and lay my things on the farthest back of the counter and stepped back to allow space the cashier then turns to me at first I wasn’t even sure if she’s talking to me anyways she’s saying to me that they are calling one person at a time and the line starts in isle 12 I proceeded to tell her that I was just waiting in isle 12 and it’s my turn after the costumer she was finishing up whit she then says to me they are calling one person at a time I said to her I don’t understand and if she wanted me to step back a little more she was annoyed by me and called her manager to explain to me what she means I then asked him as well what exactly they’re asking me to do cause I’m not understanding he did t have a answer because it just didn’t make any sense that the cashier didn’t want to check me out she wanted that I use the self check out instead I will never go there again and I don’t recommend this store to any person that lives whit love and kindness these good for nothing will tempt your faith

Selection is pretty good especially on cleaning supplies, massive freezer section, bathrooms are kinda dirty.Self check out somewhat convenient.

I never had a problem exchanging items at the Dollar Tree but this time I did. I was very disappointed when I couldn't return a pack of four glue sticks that didn't work at all because the package was open. I understand the policy but at least they should off let me exchange it for another pack. Also the lady in charge was kind of rude. And by the way some of us do speak and understand English. Thank you very much.
