I was just in here and I saw the cash back option. I clicked it not thinking anything of it. The employee got angry at me bc apparently they don't do cash back.. um why do you have the option when I use my card tho? Please fix this so that cashiers don't just have an attitude for no reason

It was an absolute mess in there. The outside of the building has trash around it and there is a tree on the corner that is overgrown and you have to duck to walk by to get into the building when you park on the side of the building. It has been like this for months.

The female manager in this store who is Spanish nationality is very rudy, nasty and racist. On two occasions I have come to this store in which she had a rude attitude with me and mean look on her face when checking me out FOR NO REASON other than the fact that I'm African American. She greeted a Hispanic customer before me while checking him out, but with me she didn't say have a nice day or anything. She's a racist and I don't recommend this location to anyone.

I have to agree with another reviewer on the lady who checked me out, that she was so friendly with all the Spanish people (she obviously knew personally by the conversations of the ones just hanging out there), just hanging out at the register and the Spanish customers, BUT was rude & nasty to me when checking me out and I AM A WHITE CHICK WHO DOESN'T SPEAK SPANISH!!This store is a hot mess!! None of the employees care about the customers, all they do is stand around and talk to one another, one is so loud, uses foul language too (the one who was rude to me), the place is a mess, so unorganized and dirty too!!Need to get rid of the loud, foul mouth, rude one, for sure (and maybe a lot of the others too) and get new management, who knows how to run a successful store with friendly staff who are racist against white folks or use foul language while working!!

Ohh God , this tall female manager is the most nastiest person on earth , she never say hi , she always on the phone , she always look mad. you people really need to get a new manager. I don’t go to that store unless it’s something my other stores don’t have . she need to be fired

I normally do not go to Dollar General but this LOCATION has the awful customer service. Not only was I discriminated, harassed, rushed out of the store, I was NOT given a chance for a receipt on a cash sale!!!! The manager did NOT allow me to ask questions about pricing (it is a blind transaction while they scan). She "helped" the customer behind me put his stuff on the counter of the register before my change was even in my hand. ALL BECAUSE she thought I was a white female. She was so nice to the Latino males. Horrible!!!!!

Terrible management, this lady (Ana) was outside at the entrance of the store smoking a cigarette and talking on the phone while there were customers lined up inside waiting to check out. The only employee inside the store was no where to be found. Ana ended up going back in the store and checking everyone out… while still holding her personal conversation on the phone. Who hires these people and let’s them keep their jobs? ?

Not only was I discriminated, harassed, rushed out of the store, I was NOT given a chance for a receipt on a cash sale!!!! I honestly hate coming here. Ana, The storm manager doesn't greet her customers She stays eating snacks and talking on her phone while attending customers. Last time I was there Anna ended up getting in a confrontation with a customer And invited her to fight outside. I don't understand what kind of trash people hire here Not people that moved from The Bronx and decided to Move here from the ghetto.Music is always loud and the store is always dirty. She always has an attitude Problem and tell us customers that if they don't like her attitude they can go to another location. Been coming here for a while And every time I come is something different. She needs to get fired along with the other older lady.

Not the usual crew. there were some people renovating and they were super rude I was in a rush and the door was wide open so I didn’t see the closed for renovating sign. Someone gave me a snarky sound as I was leaving when I realized it was closed. How do you renovate in the middle of the day this is usually done after the business closes or before it opens. Common sense. And keep the door closed next time because many other potential customers were walking in as well.
