I needed to pick up Plan B. I'm not ashamed and I don't want to pass on my health issues. When I got to the pharmacy counter the gentleman was very tactful and lovely. However, the woman he asked to verify their placement up front was louder than a freight train and sneered like I should be ashamed. I hope she never gets the opportunity to harm anyone else. If she's comfortable acting like this, I am sure she's treating patients on a bias.

Having a supportive healthcare team is extremely important. Unfortunately, this has yet to be the experience with CVS. Customer service, logistics, and the lack of care are often the highlights of this location. Getting someone to answer the phone is a near-impossible task. I wonder if it would be possible to retrain the staff here and provide better support systems to meet the needs of the customers. I can no longer continue being a customer here when there are so many other available options.

The young man at the pharmacy counter don't care at all about the customers , sarcastic and has no empathy. Thanks to Taisha that told him why you are not helping her, and she did what took him 2 hours in just 20 minutes. After that he never went to the counter so I couldn't take his name ?Thanks Taisha keep it up!

Horrible service from the sarcastic young lady name Melissa at the pharmacy. There is nothing wrong for a customer to tell you how they feel about the service. They are the customers! Your answer should not be that is not my fault I just work here. CVS should not have employees like this on consultation if they cannot give a consult!

John Monier was very unprofessional in the pharmacy. He was sitting there watching the phones ring while the line outside was wrapped around the building. As he sat and watched the phones ring. His employee under him say on her phone while so as well. I asked him why aren’t they answering the phones and he asked me do I work there? Very unprofessional and he doesn’t need to be trusted around medicine

Been calling all day to get ashma meds, system keep saying working on it, kept calling, finally showed up, and said needs to speak to consultation. Then consultation person moved to cashier, while having an ashma attack

I just received the worst service from the pharmacy staff. The young lady at drive thru was very rude and had the nastiest attitude you can ever imagine. I will be definitely changing pharmacy.

Visiting from MA and I know most cvs's now are difficult to deal with, this one was pretty decent with filling scripts quickly or come in and they will most likely expedite your script to 20mins or so

Not sure what I did to the Pharmacist because I’ve never seen her before in my life but she is Rude today must have had a bad day Thank God for her staff that tried to be helpful even though her bad energy was contagious. I’m so glad that I only needed pens needles for my medicine and didn’t have any other urgent questions that needed answering. Back to Walgreens I go!

Better workers, not because you speak Spanish, they treat you like a nobody and I speak perfectly. One of the worst customer service. Well, I went to the pharmacy and they sent me to pay for a medicine. In front when I went to pay with the wellcare card, the lady didn't even tell me Greetings or anything he just said that I don't know how to do it here she comes angry I told her that the girl and my sister always do it there and she was angry Everything was A no the other cashier told her how to do it and she Everything came out All the information on the screen and She kept denying that it couldn't be done, I had to pay with a credit card and she was very rude, the worst customer service I have ever had.
