The pharmacy always has a long line and they are slow. The store has a lot of options but the workers never want to help at the actual cashier if you don't want to use self checkout. And they seem bothered when you insist on paying at the actual cashier. Also really slow lines and hard to find an employee for help

Excellent customer care. They let me pick up my prescription after they closed and when I showed up they did not even say: “Sorry, we’re close”. They knew how important my medication was without having to explain myself. I will sleep so good tonight!

Horrible service. The lady at the cash register was rude, didn’t have great customer service. I was next in line and walked to see if the self checkout was available and it was down. Went back to my original spot, when I was next up she rudley said next person who is in line, she wouldn’t take me because she said the guy behind me was next inline, which was false because I was there first, also he told me to go because he knowingly knew I was next. She was very rude and shouldn’t be dealing with customers. She was on register 2, and my transaction number is 9010. My receipt doesn’t say her name.

I do not like the self check out is poorly taken care of, especially for the elderly. It is not fair for the customers when you have a cashier on duty, but you have to do the check out and she’s not doing nothing in the store.

Cosmetics manager was extremely rude. I came in with a friend and asked for help finding a lip gloss. She clearly did not want to help us. She barely looked at the photo and told us several times rudely that she has never seen it in the store and doesn't carry it..... Even though we have purchased this lip gloss here previously. We asked if she could look it up to see if it was out of stock and the cosmetics manager again claimed she does not carry it and she should know be cause she is the cosmetics manager and knows everything that she carries. With no help at all from the "cosmetics manager" we continued to look and found the exact product we were looking for. When we showed the cosmetics manager that they do in fact carry the product she very rudely stated "that doesnt even look like the product you showed me I thought the brand was HR" and walked away.. Horrible customer service. A person who clearly did not want to help anyone or be bothered.

Very bad customer service experience, From the Pharmacy to the register, they are rude can’t even great a customer or help, they take their sweet time talking to each other and joking around instead of helping customers, Def won’t come back to this location.

My son and friend went to buy something cause they just got out of school and because my son's friend was black one of the workers told them to leave while proceeding to call them black n words.

Visiting from out of town and my son has a RX sent to CVS. Received a call back from pharmacy that they were working on it. It was ready within minutes. Thank you!!
