They have set up a mandatory voicemail box. This means when you call you no longer get to speak to a live person anymore at the pharmacy. You have to leave a voice message and a call back number, which is inconvenient when they place prescriptions on hold that can't be filled online or with their automated service. Way to go disconnecting from your customers CVS. ? ? You suck.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years now because this is the location I get my medication from. Very very slow they will have you waiting 20 mins in line every time at the drive through pharmacy. I get a text saying my meds are ready and I’ve been waiting over a week for them to be ordered, I go to pick it up and Kiara says she couldn’t find my bag of medication. Now they have to reorder the meds. Thanks I was late to work because of this I will be transferring to a different dispenser.

The store is good, but in the pharmacy part, the employees who work there treat customers badly, they serve one with an annoyed tone, they have a bad attitude, they are always late in giving you your medicines.

Have had nothing but great experiences at this pharmacy. The pharmacist is very busy but if she has time to look up she will always address you by name with a smile. Have found the staff very professional as well.
