Today I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer care from a young man named Kevin at CVS. From the moment I walked in, Kevin greeted me warmly and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail truly stood out. Not only did he help me find exactly what I was looking for, but he also took the time to provide valuable recommendations and ensure I left the store satisfied. Kevin's dedication to customer service embodies the highest standards of excellence, making my experience at CVS memorable and enjoyable. I highly commend Kevin for his outstanding service and commend CVS for having such a dedicated employee. I look forward to returning to CVS while vacationing in Kissimmee, Florida, and receiving the same level of exceptional care from Kevin in the future. Thank you, Kevin, for helping me find D-Mannose for my mom :)

Avoid at ALL costs. Pharmacy staff absolutely HATE their lives and are rude and cheeky to customers. I took my prescription back and walked out. Insane that this CVS is still in business with all the awful reviews for many years.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Sandra, a lovely employee there who helped me with a sentiment photo gift for my friend’s wedding. I’m in customer service myself and was extremely impressed by her kindness and patience. Gems like her are extremely rare and I can only hope that this review shows her company how important it is to value and appreciate her. I’d recruit her in a second for my business!

They need more people to dispatch the meds. You have to wait for so long. They only have 1 person on the register doing the drive-through and inside the pharmacy.

It needs cheaper prices, but other than that it is very enjoyable to shop there. No one ever answers the phone though

really rude pharmacy staff. I called to ask if there was a medication in stock, the pharmacist/tech named Pam didn't even check. just rudely responded "no" and then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't have called unless I was a doctor?? Number one I'm a registered nurse. Number 2, I'm also a customer trying to find my medication in stock? avoid.

I was passing thru Kissimmee FL and needed to pick up some over the counter meds. I walked in and was greeted by a nice young man, Sebastian.The store was clean, but it was also in the process of being stocked, but still the store wasn't messy.I found what I needed and when I approached the counter, I realized I needed something else...Sebastian, told me to take my time and held my stuff, until I returned. While there I wanted some candy but there was only one left... No problem, bcuz but he opened another box and I purchased a few more. Great Customer Service!Sebastian is without a doubt an access to this store / company.I'm all about the quality of service:"Yes ma’am" and "thank you" "have a great evening"... so on and so on!It's nice to see a young person have this and again so nice!Keep up the great work, Sebastian!!!

This is a very well maintained store and the employees are always very friendly, courteous and actually know where things are located! I am a long time customer who use to go to the store on Parten Settlement Road until they were SO rude, including the supposed Manager, so I tried this store and they are the exact opposite! They actually value their customers and whoever makes the hiring decisions must know how to select quality employees!
