Matthew the manager at Cricket assisted me in the most impressive Customer Care I've ever received in a retail store. I was having a lot of issues with T-Mobile and he ported my son's number and mine. He transfered all apps, data, phone numbers, pictures and on top of that, he hooked us up with HBO Max and gave us a way better plan with truly unlimited data with no slow downs like I was experiencing with T-Mobile. Once again, this gentleman's customer service goes above and beyond of what I have ever experienced. Cricket haves a great acet with Mr. Matthew on board.??

Hello, good afternoon, I am a cricket customer. 7 days ago I went to your store to buy an iPhone and a wooof, which the wooof was damaged. Today I went to change it because I actually live far away and the girl who was there, there is a white girl, I think she is Puerto Rican, she treated me super It's bad that she wasn't a technician to check the wooof and I asked her about the man who had helped me, who I think was called Julio and he told me that he no longer works here and if I asked about him it was because he helped me and was very kind and She was very patient and pss I think that is not the way she treats clients..

I had a really bad and frustrating situation at a different Cricket location and when I came back to this location, Jaileen was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. She contacted her manager Julio, who was also extremely professional and helpful, and both were able to turn things around and prevent the company from losing a client. I was so upset that I was considering switching phone companies. Luckily, they were able to help and I changed my mind. Winnipher was very polite and friendly as well.
