I’ve utilized their delivery service for my prescriptions and cannot speak highly enough. Not only am I able to afford my prescriptions, I can get them delivered to my home for no charge. They’re really going out of their way to create a great user experience online, provide affordability to the community, and go out of their way to provide ease to their customers. Staff has been super kind when I’ve reached out!

Rude & unprofessional. They said I can use picture of my ID for pick up, as I’m looking for it in my phone they’re speaking in Spanish saying I could be photo shopping it. Cashier was giving me a hard time until I had to be rude back. Switched pharmacies, they took over a week to fulfill my transfer, when I told them I’d be picking up since they claim they didn’t receive transfer… & when I got there said they got it transferred. Waste of time. They never have medication in stock. They sit on my prescription for weeks until getting filled.

I was asked to pay only $35; however, I was charged $85. I should’ve known her remembering my card number would result in this unauthorized charge.I do not recommend this Pharmacy?????.

I ordered medications through my health insurance, which the doctor prescribed for my back pain and it took 5 days for delivery because they didn't have them. I hope they improve their service because the medicines are needed immediately, the health issue needs urgency!

This is hands down the BEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with!!! My doctor sent my prescription for the past 3 years and I can say Will confidence ALL of the staff are professional and so friendly! And affordable plus they ship to my home! The manager Krista is amazing!!! Thank you guys for all your help.

Love this pharmacy!!! They are always on top of things. They make sure to contact me everytime my meds are ready for refill. Who dosn't need the extra reminder!! The staff is always so nice and helpful over the phone and in person. The best part is that they take the time to always get me the best deals with coupons for my meds, its truly awesome!! Keep up the great work and customer service!!

It takes an incredible amount of hard work just to be an incredible staff. They have to ‘take care’ of each customer each time they come in and there really is no room for error. Colonial Drugs has been there for me for several years and has been ‘spot on’ every time. Every question answered to where it was easy to understand, every med correctly dispensed safely and properly counted. All these issues and more are properly done by the entire staff, and to complete their service , if you can’t pick up your order, they will deliver it to your home at no additional cost. Is there anything they don’t do – NO! Thank you very much to the entire staff at Colonial Drugs.

wow!!! all I can say is wow this pharmacy is so professional and efficient. I received a call stating my medication was ready as i was on my way home from my doctors office , i spoke with a kind young lady by the name of Maggie, she was able to set every thing up over the phone for my medication to be delivered to my home at no additional cost, I received it the very next day, I am pleased with the service I was provided and I will recommend this pharmacy to anyone. thank you colonial drugs you are a game changer.

Pharmacy staff is wonderful and friendly!! They made medication affordable I was quoted over $500.00 for my Eucrisa at my local pharmacy. They were able to apply a coupon and got it down to $35.00 and even delivered it to me at no extra cost. Thank you Colonial Drugs?

Given what the other reviewers have said, it would seem that I am reviewing a different pharmacy because my experience was completely different from those stated.That said, my doctor ordered pre-surgical meds for me from this pharmacy his practice consistently uses. The meds were to be delivered and through no fault of the pharmacy, the courier mis-delivered the meds to the wrong address, twice. In discussion with the pharmacy about the meds, they again refilled the medications at no cost to me, delivered meds by a pharmacy employee to ensure I received and made a wrong situation right. I can forgive a lot in a company who works this diligently to deliver what it promises.Kudo's to the owner, with whom I spoke, the pharmacist and the employee who delivered. You have my thanks!

I recommend this pharmacy to anymore that hates the hassle of waiting hours for you prescription to be filled. This pharmacy is really next generation with its fast delivery service . I didn't even have to leave my home, they are the amazon prime of pharmacy
