I don’t know where to begin, Read along it gets interesting.. A older, blonde women by the name of Robin who usually works their afternoon shifts was BEYOND BEYOND disrespectful! Unfortunately I’ve been struggling financially and have been saving up my spare change (No ones business). I walked in for GASONLINE, and asked Robin “Hello, could I have 9 dollars on this pump”. A few moments go by and she asked for the money, so I hand her the coins (ALL QUARTERS) on the cashiers desk, and she replied with a very rude and aggressive tone “We’re are not allowed to take coins over 5 dollars”. For starters, in this situation I was completely embarrassed by the fact that now the entire store knew that’s I was struggling financially. I then proceeded to ask if the 5 dollars would be okay, and of course it wasn’t. She didn’t want to “do her job” to begin with. I also spoke with the “manager” that’s on site about the situation and she did nothing to resolve it. My overall experience is not 1 star. It’s 0 stars.

EVERYTIME I come to this store it’s ALWAYs an issue , either the gas pumps don’t work, the chip reader is malfunctioning, and don’t let it be after midnight .. they NEVER open the door for the customers or maybe because I’m darker skin IDK ,.. not once but on several occasions I’ve had to go to a different store because WHOEVER the lady that works overnight NEVER wants to assist she hides in the bathroom , or puts a sign up to wait until she returns but WONT OPEN AT THE APPOINTED TIME.. I’m not sure who owns this store but I’m super disappointed in the customer service these last several months. Being a local guest… I expected better from this company the service used to be so much better .. ?

They sell some kinds of cigarettes so old, and they do special on this cigarette buy one get two free, I found out after buying three packs that they are too old, I tried to exchange them or refund, the guy on the cashier refused, even after he called the manager, he offered to refund the 1/3 of the amount I paid, what kind of business you guys doing by selling stuff you should throw away,
