A pin... the customer service both in this branch and the others. You arrive and they can help you because it is for appointments and the only two bankers there are often with no one eating lunch at the desk, the appointment is given for a week and anyone who has a business account cannot afford to wait. so much but they still waste your time.

First, the button to open the door automatically for people with disabilities was not working. Second, one of the door handles was missing but the screws were protruding from the glass door. But the worst was the poor customer service experienced from the branch manager, Melanie. She's rude, disrespectful, has no people skills, and behaves like an uneducated tyrant.

I literally came here to do the most simplest thing that required me to go in person. and these stupid people told me that there are no bankers at this branch. Literally the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard this is a bank. How are you not gonna have service personnel on duty at all hours of the day. It’s not even like I came during these peoples lunchtime either. I would not bother coming to this branch they seem to not care about their customers to actually have people on duty for people who may need to go come in person for personal matters, and then all they suggested for me an appointment that’s literally 10+ days from now because who in the hell is going to be 10+ days that is a absolute absurdity.

This place has horrible customer service and management. There is no one available to help when you walk in and no one fascinating the line for the ATM (which is ridiculously long). There is never any parking outside either. They seriously need to get it together. Will avoid in the future.

Outside ATMs are never working. When you go inside, lines are very long and only one teller working. When I opened my account, there was one chase a minute away from my house, now I have to make a 10/15 minute drive, to this one. I guess I'll be closing my account soon.

I went in October to open a travel card because my family and I were going on a trip. They gave me information about a card that I took out. When she described it to me as the best card in the world, the girl told me that they were not going to charge me interest on the first year and when I see they have an interest rate of 24%, it is absurd that they give you incorrect information, the girl is Cuban and should educate herself better so that she does not give her clients incorrect information.I went in October to open a travel card because my family and I were going on a trip, they gave me information about a card that I took out, the girl told me that they were not going to charge me interest the first year and when I see they have an interest of 24% it is It's absurd that they give you incorrect information. Horrible service,long lines ,one teller on duty always but have 3 Employees greeting as you enter and roaming the floor, service in minority areas is minimal go somewhere else ,employees will sit down in office and watch you on line and smile as line grows ,
