Went to my local chase bank on BVL for my business account. I believe Ana the staff member that greeted me(dark skin hispanic lady with dark hair), showed little to no interest in understanding my concern/needs of why I wanted to see someone about my business account. If this is culture for chase employee's, might have to start looking to Southstate bank. For some reason I know allot of business owners that use that bank. Anyways never have I had any issues here before depositing cash or checks. Just an awful experiance today.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would have. Horrible communication skills between employees and guest. Walked in, no one greets you. Told them what I needed to be done. Take a seat “we’ll be right with you “ a whole lunch break later and some (45mins total) lady walks back from her lunch asks what I need/ after my response looks around and replies with a “uuuuh i don’t think that will be possible today”.
Thank you Osceola Chase bank for wasting my time and not solving my problem

Terrible service, I was at the bank today I had an appointment, and they left me waiting while the lady who was supposed to serve me was very comfortable talking to her friend, terrible experience, I couldn't open my account, I waited 10 days for this appointment and for nothing ? terrible and very the ladies at this bank are rude

Absolutely horrendous staff, disrespectful straight dark brown haired woman, with tan skin. Clearly Puerto rican descent not that is the problem though. She clearly doesn’t know how to act appropriately. She was weirdly to nice at first then suddenly became a monster disrespecting me because i forgot a piece of documentation at home. I noted i was sorry and i was sick but regardless she berated me along with my mother. Like first off, this person knows who she is, you know you deserve to be fired. Absolutely horrendous serpent. I am sick and ill and to get treated like absolute basuda is just something I wasn’t going to tolerate, i bit my tongue because i was in the back of my head in utter shock. Ive never felt so done with my life and embarrassed. Not just for myself but for this worker who clearly doesn’t deserve her job. Sidenote, this location interior is so small and there is an extreme lack of decor.

Worst experience in banking, it’s incredible that to open an account you have to wait long time and waste your time, customer service is bad very bad BIG NO FOR THIS ONE, please just go to another bank and forget about chase because all of them in this area are BAD

Totally wasted of time. I came to opened a business account and they scheduled us for the wrong time. There is a lot of miscommunication and they don’t care about their customers.

Today I visited two branches of this bank, as a new customer to open a personal checking account. Both branches were empty and according to the employees who received me, they couldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment. As a reminder, nowhere does it say that an appointment is required to open a personal account. Both branches suggested appointments for other days or to open the account online. I explained to both branches that the website is not user friendly, and that apparently they were not interested in my business. guess? I tried to open the account, and I couldn't. I guess I will bring my business to another financial institution. Horrendous customer service.

I think that the personnel selection criteria does not take into account the word "customer service", there is a gentleman in the cashier area even though there is no one in the bank he sends you to the application, and the application looks like a form Hospital admission. I recommend that you enter the app, go down to the last part, schedule a meeting, then choose the topic everyday banking and make an appointment. If your need is not here, write the topic. There you will have the day and time, I tell you the waiting times may not be short.

This place is terrible and Mr. RAÚL ALARCÓN is horrible in customer service, he did not want to help me with the opening of my business account, I left there I immediately went to another Chase and I already have my account, here they simply do not receive either the training or education to do their job they should close them
