“I had read all the reviews and was concerned. I saw a few on toll issues. So I brought my own ezpass to cover the toll. They told me they charge 10.00 a toll so if you want to avoid tolls look at getting a transponder of your own or pay the high fees for use of rental car toll payment system. I had no issue getting my car. I made the reservation a month in advance if my trip. I made sure i had insurance coverage through my credit card and my personal policy and I brought proof. The location had moved it is at the old gas station and it as hertz on the sign. Hertz owns dollar and thrifty and they are all in the same place.”

Cesar , He always assures me great service only location will call you if they run out of cars, Please contact him directly to assure they do as this location is very busy and there system seems to not communicate with the website showing they have available to avoid any confusing , if they don't he will make sure to reach you to avoid you coming to location.”

“Mariana specifically is the best hire that Hertz could make, especially in this high traffic tourist area. While I was conducting my own business, I heard multiple customers make “interesting” requests and each employee has treated all with respect and managing expectations with poise and grace.
I’ve had a lot of disappointment with rentals across the nation as I travel 90% of the month as of late and deal with many companies.
I’m fortunate that this branch is so close to my home base.

He was able to get roadside assistance for me and even waived the rental fee for the car since I wasn't able to utilize it. Even my boss was impressed with this level of service.
