Together with Ross and TJ Max, Burlington is consolidated with the best department store finds. There is a paradise for low prices and quality products. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They are attentive at all times and when I needed to return products, the store acted quickly and cordially.

Decent store, it’s quieter than other Burlingtons so the store doesn’t feel crowded. The wait for cashier was very long though. The female worker at the changing rooms was rude, talking away on her cell phone and had headphones on. So basically do-not disturb her. She didn’t acknowledge customers or give tags for number of items to try on. Its a shame

I went shopping at the Burlington located in the Loop, we had the unfortunate experience that my family and I were last in the store (we didn't have time during the day) when we finally had the cart ready with the purchase, one of the workers took the car and took out all the things without even asking, we had to react quickly because they were about to close, and we still had to go to the cashier to pay.
As soon as we were at the checkout, Lead Leslie, with a rather bad temper, attended to us and snatched the card from my hand the moment I showed it to her to pay.
I am a tourist and it was my first time in this store and I had a terrible customer service experience.
